Pind Balluchi — Restaurant in Dwarka

Very disappointed by the service and way of presentation along with the way the food was served. I visited yesterday there. First of all after sitting for almost 15 minutes I was looking for someone to take order, no one arrived at our table I directly approached to the manager to send someone for order then he send someone. I ordered veg platter as starter, it was served like just poured in plate(no presentation) and provide on table like I hv orderd from a kart (rehdi). I approached waiter for onion which are require for an platter he brought half cut onions (like we get in an highway desi dhaba). After pushing for laccha onion he bring them (by holding bowl from upperside in an unhygienic way) in 10 min till time our veg platter was completely chiiled.

I ordered for food later, it was ok in taste and come back home.

I was surprised to see this kind of unhygienic and poor service by pind balluchi. It was my third visit in the same place. And completely dissatisfied with them. I brought one of my freind along with me and was feeling ashamed after above happened.

Will never recommend anyone...

We went to Pind Balluchi Sec-6 Dwarka after quite a while, and left horribly disappointed. Service has never been their positive point, was not this time as well. They wanted to sell us those Rs. 100-150/ water bottles as soon as we settled down, and when we asked for regular water, they initially refused but gave in when we insisted. The starters as well as the main course (Tandoori dishes) were too oily, the Amritsari fish seemed to be stale, the Mutton dish had few boney small pieces and the serving sizes were small while the corresponding prices exorbitant. I will not be exaggerating if I state that the Butter and Garlic Nans were the only items we ordered which were found satisfactory!

All in all, we will continue to visit other eateries and would definitely recommend AGAINST Pind Ballucchi Dwarka, unless you want to waste your money of course. Sad to see a nice one spoilt by bad management and lack of service &...

Last night we went to this place and had Dinner. I was shocked ... This place detoriated in Food quality, Butter chicken was pathetic, Kadai chicken was not a Kadai chicken but test was just you can have it. I am shocked as before relocation of this restaurant I visited several times food quality was extremely good. It appears the head chef doesn't know the cooking or chef is missing. The food was worst than a local dhaba. Now if we talk about service it was almost non existent. We had to beg for even water. They served bottle water.... Where as they should be asking if we at all need it or go with RO water.... But after realising the service condition I had no option but to keep quiet. I have a humble request to woner ...Sir it was a excellent restaurant... Kindly pay some attention and improve it. In Dwarka we have very limited option of good India restaurant. Kindly bring back the old Glory of...
