Dear Symposium Restaurant Team,
I am writing to extend my heartfelt gratitude and share the exceptional culinary experience my family and I recently enjoyed at your esteemed restaurant. Our evening at Symposium was nothing short of extraordinary, making it a memorable event for the entire family.
From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the enchanting atmosphere, accentuated by the soothing live Sufi music. This delightful touch set the perfect tone for an unforgettable evening.
A special commendation is deserved for your General Manager, Mr. Kuldeep. His professionalism and courtesy were exemplary. He went above and beyond to ensure our evening was special by surprising us with a beautifully presented birthday brownie cake, accompanied by a heartfelt birthday song for my wife. This gesture, along with the thoughtful souvenir from the restaurant, added a personal and touching element to our celebration.
Furthermore, I would like to express our sincere appreciation for our server, Prithvi Singh. His dedication and attentiveness were remarkable as he stretched himself to ensure that all ten of our guests were exceptionally well taken care of. His attentive service greatly contributed to our enjoyment of the evening.
Special Shout-out for Singers duo who kept our evening special & lively with their melodious voices and fine selection of songs. Pls make them permanent feature.
The entire family was elated by the wonderful dining experience, and we left with fond memories that we will cherish for a long time. Please extend our thanks to the entire team for their outstanding service and hospitality.
We look forward to our next visit and will enthusiastically recommend Symposium Restaurant to our friends and family.
Warm regards, Ashwaanii...
Read moreVisited Symposium in Dwarka for dinner recently, and unfortunately, the experience was far from impressive. The restaurant is relatively small, and the interiors felt quite tacky and outdated, lacking any sense of warmth or aesthetic appeal. It didnât create the inviting atmosphere one usually looks forward to during a meal out.
The service was average â not particularly warm or attentive, just about functional. While the staff wasnât rude, they didnât seem very enthusiastic either, which added to the underwhelming vibe of the place. As for the menu, it was a major letdown. While a much more diverse menu was listed online, the actual in-house offerings were limited, basic, and frankly, uninspiring.
I tried a couple of dishes, but nothing stood out in terms of flavor, presentation, or portion size. Everything tasted just about okay, nothing memorable or worth revisiting. What further added to the disappointment was the pricing. The dishes were priced on the higher side, and given the overall ambience, service, and food quality, it felt unjustified.
All in all, Symposium didnât live up to its name or the expectations set online. I wouldnât recommend it, especially when there are far better options in the area that offer both value...
Read moreSeems like nobody's reviewing Symposium about their experience lately. I recall going to Symposium a few years ago and it was an amazing experience, but I was NOT at all pleased by yesterday's experience.
Chinese platter and Indian platter for the starters was good. Thin crust pizza was good. Ravioli pasta was good, just little too saucy.
Dal Makhni was good, Paneer Tikka Butter Masala, Kadhai Paneer were good as well but too oily. I've had much better of these at little takeaway places.
Veg Jalfrezi was terrible, tasteless veggies in a pool of oil.
They don't have sirka onions (onion dipped in vinegar).
The main course bread selection is too small. I wanted to have stuffed naan/kulcha and the staff recommended Chur Chur Parantha stating "it is same". But I tell you what... it was below average, just paneer stuffed in wheat flour dough with some coating which appeared to me was semolina. There was no "chur chur" in it and absolutely no flavour.
I recommend the owner/chef taste the food before serving and thank me later if my...
