Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Dwarka

The cafe is situated on the first floor above Domino's Pizza. If you are not familiar with the cafe and its location, you will miss out the entrance, as there are no sign boards to inform the prospective customers about the entrance. The stair case is badly lit and dark, had to inform the staff to switch on the light. I was visitng the cafe on a Sunday afternoon along with my mother.

The staff was polite and courteous. The cafe was neat and tidy. I tried Iced Caffe Latte and a Cappuccino. Both were prepared with perfection. I liked the taste.

However, I cannot say the same for the food and would not recommend ordering the food until and unless the staff reassured that the food is fresh. I had veggie burger from the menu, and it was stale. The bun was crumbling and breaking apart (photos enclosed). I have tried Veggie Burger and other options in the food menu multiple times at various CCD cafes and have never been disappointed like this time.

Other amenities like restroom remained unavailable during my visit, although it existed as per the staff.
