The Golden Dragon Restaurant and Bar Sector 4 Market Dwarka — Restaurant in Dwarka

I know this brand since they first opened their location in C block market vasant vihar back 80s and I used to be thier regular customer since as food quality and service both were values...but last week I had chosen to visit their Dwarka branch to celebrates our 30 wedding anniversary with my Wife,Son & Daughter but it was quite disappointed and bellow are my feedback to focus on.

1, There was no one to received at restaurant door. 2, Staffs were busy with talking to each others 3, it took me some time to locate my family tables. 4, The.beverage order was served wrongly We had order 3 double hard drinks and 1vergin pina colada and pins.colada was served on water glass not on cocktail glass and top of that the pina colada garnished should be Mint leaves and slice of pineapple but it was served with Apple wedge.. 5, after serving the beverage I had called up the restaurant manager and told him the right way of serving the beverage and asked him for second pina colada and I have received with same way like first one which make me really mad.. After serving food no one came to the tables and ask for anything additional therefore I just want to mention the quality of Food was good as always but service was ZERO.

The place used to be an icon for Chinese food in Dwarka region. Have been a fan of this place for many years. Food quality has gone down the toilet now. Final nail in the coffin was today. We were a bigger group and went for in door dinning, ordered manchuria, chilly paneer, mix veg in black bean sauce, chili chicken, rice and noodles + appetizers. Everything was complete trash!! Poor poor quality and taste. HORRIBLE! Can't believe that there standard has gone down so much which has only one explanation- there chefs have changed. I ordered food worth 3800 from this place via Zomato and I can say this as someone who loves and reviews food that their food is BELOW AVERGAE. SURELY YOU DONT DESERVE 4 STAR RATING. They serve you in quantity but their food lacks quality and taste. I have not been able to enjoy their food at all. The mixed meat noodles was dry and tasteless and lemon chicken is equally disturbing to eat. They had tomatoes and capsicum in lemon chicken which spoiled the taste of lemon chicken forever for me.
