Bakes ‘n’ Cakes Indirapuram — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

I had a very bad experience with Bakes n cakes Indirapuram Vaibhav khand outlet which is opposite to shipra mall. I ordered 3kg cake on 7th Aug2025 and asked them to deliver it on 10th August Afternoon 12pm . They asked price of ₹3280 , I paid ₹1500 advance , and rest I paid at delivery. When it came for delivery time they said Our delivery man have dropped the cake and we are making again so delivery will be delayed. I face embarrassed in front of my guest who were waiting for cake cutting and came from across countries for this event. Later when cake was delivered its condition was worst.

Spelling mistake —Vedika was written as Veidka No proper finishing of cake Taste was not good

Due to wrong name, my all photos abd videography also got spoiled. And this information he is giving in evening when party was over.

Later The owner messaging me that the amount was having an error, the cake cost was not ₹3280 it was ₹3820. But no issue enjoy your party. What enjoy man???? You have spoiled my entire party photogrphy and videography and humilated me in front of my collegues and foreign friends. Worst place to oder cake.

Don’t order anything from this bakery, its worst. They will play with your feelings and sentiments and take advantage of your emergency situation like mine where i have to manage with this spoil cake bcz of last moment delivery and information, i believed in them but they are not...

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience definitely deserves one. I had placed an order with this bakery for a birthday cake, clearly specifying the design and details. What we received was nothing like what we ordered. It was a huge letdown on a very special day.

When I contacted the manager, Mr. Amit, to address the issue, his response was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of helping or apologizing, he simply said, "You can cancel the order," with no concern for the inconvenience caused. He was also extremely rude on the phone earlier when I requested home delivery — I have no idea why someone in a customer-facing role carries such a bad attitude. Birthdays are meant to be happy and memorable — this bakery managed to make ours stressful and disappointing. Definitely not going back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone expecting quality service or basic...

For the last 2–3 years, this has been my go-to Bake's Cakes for every celebration, and they never fail to impress! 🎂✨ The cakes are always baked to perfection – soft, fresh, and absolutely delicious with just the right balance of flavors. What I love the most is the creativity and attention to detail in the designs; every cake looks stunning and tastes even better.
