HOF RDC - Pure Vegetarian Restaurant — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, not because of the food or service, but due to an unethical practice I witnessed. After enjoying my meal, I left a tip for the waiter as a token of appreciation for their good service. However, I was shocked to learn that the restaurant manager takes the tips instead of letting the waiters keep them. When I asked the waiter about it, they hesitated at first but eventually admitted that all tips go to the manager.

This is completely unfair to the hardworking staff who rely on tips as part of their earnings. It’s disheartening to see such exploitation, and I believe customers should be aware of where their money is going.

I urge the restaurant management to stop this practice and allow the staff to keep the tips they rightfully deserve. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values fair treatment of employees.

It was my kitty and we booked their hall (basement). When guests arrived i asked them to serve snacks to which Mr. Rastogi replied that it would be done when everyone is arrived which was insane. After asking repeatedly he gave 2-3 snacks.
