Chaayos Cafe at Indirapuram Habitat Center — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

Chaayos is one of my favorite leading QSR's running in country today. I am impressed with their overall quality of all it's cafes.

This joint is by far the best themed cafe I have been too. The outlet has been given a traveler theme and used daily objects conveniently to showcase the same. The designer has creatively used the patterns that is minimal yet looks lovely as well as lively! Beautiful wallpaper and industrial lampshades makes you fall in love with the place with all that food options.

The best thing about Chaayos is consistent quality and taste of it's products. This time I gave a try to the newly introduced - Chicken seekh Pao and fresh garden sandwich. For drinks we ordered for fresh mango juice and my favorite as always, thandi chai with cinnamon!!! The seekh tasted average with the Pao though which was slightly disappointing but i guess it could have been better had the Pao been layered with some extra butter. The fresh garden sandwich rocked nevertheless!!! Juice was good too and the thandi chai always rocks!!! To end it all, I had a kulhad chai with less sugar and more ginger to be satiated at the end of my over mouthful breakfast.

Visited Chaayos Today for a lunch Dine In. It's near from where I live and actually i have heard alot about it so wanted to make a visit for sure. Ambience was nice, you can see all the pipes, cameras, train maps and classic ambience all over the place. We ordered- 1 Shahi Chai, 1 Strawberry Lassi, Cheese toast, pav bhaji, Egg bun, paneer kulcha and a moist chocolate cake. I always wanted to try their tea because as there name hits in mind i always wanted to see what's special and when you take shahi chai you can actually get to know about it. It's so perfectly caramelized and all the nuts flowing above it makes it even better. Cheese Toast are very nice. We loved that they are soft and quality of cheese is good. Paneer kulcha was the best about all of them. It's more like a stuffed paneer pocket i don't know but it's called kulcha. I loved the way paneer stuffing was prepared and filled inside. Last but not the least, desert. Chocolate cake was perfect in size as for desert. It's similar to taste like Domino's or similar brands. Chocolate flowing from the cake made it soo droolworthy.
