Domino's Pizza | Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

Ordered a pizza on 31st night while entertaining guests. After waiting 50 minutes I tried calling the store numerous time. The line was continuously busy. I get a message that my pizza has been dispatched. Then after a few minutes I get a message that it has been delivered. I tried contacting the store again numerous times. Again the line is busy. Their mobile App has no option of 'no pizza delivered'. After being sufficiently embarrassed before my guests, I sent an email with the receipt. They 'apologize for inconvenience' and ask further details. Then next day the store manager calls and tells me they will give me a discount on the next order, if I call the manager before placing the order. It is not sufficient that you not deliver at the first instance, you want me to order again and that too as if I am calling in a favour. Way to embarrass you customers. The emails are still coming from Domino's, asking for the particular store address, phone number etc. As if They don't need any of this while taking your money at the time of ordering. This is not the first time this has happened at this store. I thought of Domino's as a highly well run Corporation, but they have proved otherwise. You hereby loose a regular patron. Domino's as usual never disappoints us.

The place is located on the lower ground floor of the Shipra mall and takes orders (offline) until 9:00 PM. The place is decently large to organize a get-together of a large group. Its order is at your table pretty fast despite the fact that it caters to online orders as well.

We thought of trying something new this time and ordered the all-new 'The Unthinkable Chees Burst Pizza' and the 'Thirsteez' drink with paneer stuffed garlic bread. The pizza was nice with nice plant-based protein toppings which were delicious, but I was not very happy with the drink, the drink seemed to be a normal coke with some black salt in it, we are glad that we had the pizza and the garlic bread to brighten our mood. Prices were normal, you can try if 'The Unthinkable Pizza' if you are willing to try something new...

I haven't received my oder and irresponsible team available at aditya mega mail branch of domino's.

They totally done harassment to me or my kids. late night I have order around 8:58pm till 11 :00pm they told me u will receive in 10 minutes but not receive and even not receive any msg for cancellation...... This center is very worse recommend to customers please don't vist Aditya mega city Indirapuram Domino's branch..... They are not Authentic...... They completely harassed me emotional as my kid got sleep with taken dinner..... So request all customers don't visit the Aditya mega city mall Indirapuram branch of Domino's. . .. .
