Dosa Palace - RDC Raj Nagar Ghaziabad — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

I would rate the place on some factors-

-food quality(4 stars) Decent quality. Actually the sambhar tasted good but the filling of dosas were not good. I ordered onion masala, mix veg masala and masala dosa. Onion masala and even mix veg masala were literally filled with onion and nothing else. aloo mash was very less. But it was not bad. We even got cold sambhar at first but they later brought hot sambhar themselves.

-service(3 stars) The food was on time but the waiter manager was so busy and couldn't even handle all the tables.

-ambience(2 stars) We and 1 family were sitting near the second main door, and waiters were continuously using that door which brought chilly air inside directly at our heads. We and the other family complained too but they just laughed about it at the corner.

-staff(1 star) Literally poor staff. We usually tip some money but it was the first time we didn't tip any money. The neighborhood family complained again about the door, but the manager said, " Ab to hogya apka khaana".

We even got the wrong order at the first time.

So in all, good food, good price range, but very very bad staff and service.

I usually visit this place every week and always order same dish there, today i went and ordered the same dish with my friend. My friend alao ordered same dish. Dosa served to us was not hot and also it was soggy. I asked the serving guy so he said this dish is always like this and this is totally fresh and immediately prepared. I asked that i usually eat this and this is not the same. After that i have to explain this to 3 people including top manager, they were just trying to prove that nothing wrong with the dish. After that they changed the diah and it was as usual like old one crispy and fresh. Being a regular customer i felt so bad that for the simple reason i have to explain things to 3 person and also they are just trying to convince me that it is good. This is the first time in any restaurant i saw this kind of behaviour. Its seriously bad. I love the food so i go there always after this incidence i have to think...

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was unprofessional and lacked basic manners while attending to customers. We were made to wait unnecessarily, and when we asked for updates, the staff responded rudely instead of helping. The order took too long, and even after multiple reminders, there was no proper communication from their side.

The way the staff behaved showed a complete lack of training and customer respect. It felt like they did not care about the customers at all. The food was average, and the bad service ruined the overall experience.

I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic courtesy and good service. There are many other restaurants where you will get better treatment and value...
