Dear Restaurant Manager / owner's,

I'm writing to express my disappointment with our recent visit to your restaurant. Despite making a reservation and being promised that we could celebrate a special occasion, we were repeatedly interrupted and told that we couldn't light a candle or celebrate due to security protocols. The staff's aggressive requests for additional orders made us feel rushed and disrespected.

The contradictory messages and broken commitments ruined our reputation and as bad experience and embarrassed us in front of our family. And among all customers that are sitting at that time and misbehave with us by there abusive conversation and giving threats of security from there staff of receptionist as he is looking like bouncers to get away saying safety of others and treated us as poorly among all by saying that.w3 have sitting guest and ruined us that we feel like we are not having any reputation at all , the others guest are having the good reputation and they behave them as they want to do so as they like to embarassing others as well for every guest is having the same experience as we had for today. They just spoiled our moment by there bad people of staffs having here in there restaurant. We felt misled and treated poorly. I hope you'll take steps to address these issues and improve your customer service.

I can attach here on my bill of dine in on the date 24/08/24, also as if required by our customers as requesting on the same to justify they false committed to do so as for every customers of Delhi, NCR.

The place is good to go for a dinner or a south indian lunch, the taste is very good, although it is located quite far from my place but the only turn off for this place is their terrible service and attitude. They feel like u r eating in bhandara. For water i waited for 15min after that i had no option i started making noise with the glass on table then they gave us water and with a full attitude they took our order which was idly and masala dosa. Which is quite running item. So he just said with a arrogant tone time lagega. Parking: parking is a another issue with them if u are coming with a 2 wheeler then it can be managed but if i have a car i am sorry dude but you won't get parking easily. Value of money: yea the good is value of money on a scale of 4 out of 5, pocket friendly. Interior: normal interior just like a standard south indian restaurant. NOTE FOR MY AUDIENCE: a tip never visit this place on weekend you won't be able to eat here or you will have too face a long long waiting. NOTE FOR OWNER OR CARE TAKER: I was not the only one who was hurt with the terrible service there were many infact one person was complaining on the counter. I hope you understand the value of people's patience and change your management before it's too late i have seen many outlets growing with a change and many get closed without change or with the mentality hum to thik h customers hi galat h, hame badalne ki...

I visited the vaishali outlet near mahagun mall on 29th july around 10pm . I had to pay via magicpin voucher of 500rs off on your bill and had confirmed it beforehand by calling the restaurant and they had said yes they will accept , but after billing when i asked them to enter the voucher code they said they dont know anything about it(even though the magicpin app was opened in front of them ) , they said magicpin used to be used before and not now .. basically everyone was saying something different and deliberately tryng to avoid magicpin payment option and the behaviour was rude as well by the receptionist. They were telling me that i bought the voucher on my own risk and now i will make payment via magicpin on my own risk . Finally i had to get a refund from magicpin for the voucher and had to pay via normal mode of magicpin , which was a loss for me . I wish to ask you that why do you sell your vouchers on magicpin when staff does not knows anything about it and are so uncooperative. why do they say that it will be on my risk when you have listed your restaurant on...
