Scammers I recently visited this Haldiram's outlet at Shipra Mall and ordered a plate of Chhole Bhature. The total bill was of Rs. 193.20, which I paid via UPI. The payment was confirmed on my end, showing that it was received by Food Forum and the purchase was successfully completed. However, this is where the nightmare began. Despite my payment being confirmed, the staff (Rinku Verma) at Haldiram's claimed they hadn't received it and insisted that I pay again. The manager got involved and assured me that if I paid again, the previous amount would be refunded within 24 hours. To clean up the situation, they even provided a slip with some transaction details (I'll attach), assuring me that it would be resolved. Fast forward over 24 hours, and nothing had been refunded. When I followed up, I was met with vague responses, claiming the payment could take 7-10 days to reflect. To add insult to injury, the manager dismissively told me to "do whatever you want to do" when I questioned the delay. This experience has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. It's shocking that a brand like Haldiram's would handle a customer issue so poorly. The lack of accountability and customer care was evident. I've attached the payment receipt where it clearly shows that the transaction was completed successfully on my end. Yet, I'm left chasing my own money due to their negligence.

At the time of my billing, he asked to pay through UPI and started making bill of some other person at another counter. I paid the money, which was showing successful payment in my gpay app and I saw the payment received message in Haldiram machine also. But when he came again to my billing counter, he said payment not received in our system, and showed the message of session expire. I suggested him that your billing session may expired due to the delay in billing, but my payment is received successfully, then he started misbehaving with me in front of other people, he shouted on me "aap kya soch rahe hain ki mai jhuth bol raha hun, manager ko bulao", then a manager came, but he did not intervene. When I threatened them to complain against them, the manager said to me "mai aapka order process krwa deta hun" then I replied to him that if you have not received my money then why are you giving me my order for free?? Then I asked their name, but they did not tell the name. Then I clicked the picture of both of them.

secondly, I suggested Haldiram to give a proper training to the front desk officials and Managers how to behave the customers, Handiram is a big brand name and no one expect such type of worst experience...

Everytime i order from swiggy or zomato, they accept the order and just when the delivery agent reach to pick the order,they say order cannot be fulfilled because one or other time is not in stock. This is a repeated pattern. Please not that you get order only because of brand name,but if you dont pay attention to the service part, soon your outlet will get closdd for ever. Like it was a big restaurant before but now you are stuck at top floor in a small arsa, if you continue to show the same attitude, this will also get closed. Act before time passes. Usually people go to your counter because they dont have option as compared to the brand you jave,but they will also agree that the service is pathetic. The way your agent talked with me over phone, was terrible. Even delivery boy in conference call asked you to talk politely. I dont know who it was,but it will be better if you improve yourself.
