Got an extremely poor response. I'm surprised that how can a brand like KFC that too when the outlet is at one of the most posh area Habitat Centre, can afford to have poor staff, faulty payment machine and no cash at the order desk. When I offered to pay 500/- for a bill of 281/-, I was told that they don't have cash and I was told to pay via UPI. I made the payment and 281/- was debited from my account, but I was denied to give my order bcos the male staff (I don't know his name) told me that he hasn't received the payment due to some server issue. When I said that why should I leave without my order when the payment is deducted from my account, he was extremely rude and told me to keep standing there but he won't let me have my order. Is this how the staff of KFC deal with his customer? I strongly recommend the authorities to question that male staff and to teach him some manners. One lady at the counter was not only rude but also clearly frustrated with doing her job. During my second order (which I paid in cash), she told her colleague, âDonât take cash, only UPIâ â while we were standing right there and clearly heard her. If you donât want to take cash, say it professionally â not like youâre gossiping behind the counter.
She also got visibly irritated when someone politely asked about whatâs included in the meal or prices. Not just with me â even an elderly person who came after me faced the same rude behavior.
