My go to place for South Indian dishes Malabar parota is best in the town! Both chicken and veg curries are top notch! Chicken curry 4.5/5 Chicken roast 4.6/5 Veg stew - 4.8/5 Veg kurma - 4.8/5 Chicken dishes go well with Malabar parotta so don't try with appam , For appam best. Combination would be veg stew ! Lip smacking !! 5/5 Malabar Parotta goes well with both veg and non veg curries! Staff are polite and humble always welcomes you with a smile! The interiors have been modified now! Found out this Malabar restaurant while scrolling places to eat in Indirapuram. While I was impressed with the reviews on Zomato and Google, I thought to give it a try.

Chicken curry - 4/5 Malabar parotta - 4/5 Onion masala dosa - 3/5 Sambar - 3/5 Coconut chutney - 3/5

The food was decent and I can eat it again especially the chicken curry. But I was disappointed by the ambience.

The ambience looked old and not maintained.

Service was quick and good.

Glass, jug did not look clean so we asked for a bottle of water.

I parked my car just outside the restaurant but I don't think parking should be a problem as roads are...

Mixed experience. Overall, food was good except for coconut milk which smelled of garlic ginger indicating that either hands or equipment/utensils were not washed while preparing. The biggest concern was that kitchen staff was not wearing masks moreover, because it was lean time, 4-5 of them were sitting in the eating area, crowding the place. Tables were not being wiped or sanitized after a customer left. Hand sanitizer was not placed inside or at the entrance.
