Papa Johns Restaurant — Restaurant in Goa

Well words won't be enough to describe this place. I along with my group had visited this place during my goa trip. We went to try this restaurant from one of my friends recommendations. Trust me food was awesome. We being in group tried different varieties out present there. We tried crab soupfor the first time and loved it at the first sip itself. Then we had a sea food fried rice which was loaded with different types of sea food. To finish up we ordered for a pasta(which was the best till date i had tasted it) and chicken Biryani.To describe about the ambience the restaurant was clean and tidy. Decor was nice and had great view outside. The place is well located just few metres away from main road and easily noticable. Service was slow but then we also went at very odd timing out there. But they welcomed and served us with great smile on their faces. There was a cashier(who was also the owner) was person who also recommended some of the dishes. First time I went does this hotel 15th August morning. When I looked from outside, I thought it's a worst area, but when I get in it was okay. Since I was so hungry, I went there. When I checked the wash room, it was clean and neat.food was very tasty, and I was really happy. So in the next day, I came with my wife here for dinner. No more words to say, the food was excellent and the behavior of the staffs are also good... I told him regarding this. And advised him to at least keep a cover on the sofa, so that the impression will be good from outside.. He said presently financial tight and it's off season, they are planning to make more better within 2 months.. We went here to try something in goan cuisine but badly disappointed. Most disappointing thing was manager and staff don't have 'manners' how to behave and talk with their customers. When we ordered prawns at that time waiter claimed that there will 8 pieces in it. But actually it is served on table we found that there are only 5 small pieces. When we asked manager about this he yelled us saying that " if waiter gave you wrong information then go and kill him". I have never experienced such rude behaviour. When we were leaving the restaurant still they continue to pass sarcastic comments on us. Apart from that food taste was pathetic I would rate zero rating...
