This place is literally ON the beach. Nearly all rooms will give you sea views. Arambol beach is great - lots of options to eat.

This hotel however runs a scam. You book at a certain price over phone. When you reach the hotel, the staff says they are not aware of the agreed price. The correct price should be Rs.2000 - Rs.5000 more. They tell you that the owner of the hotel is not available and that you need to wait at the dirty restaurant downstairs! A lot of tired people just pay the extra money that the staff demands just to get a room and start their Goa vacation. We demanded that the owner show up and waited 30 min to be checked in at the price we had agreed to.

The cleaning staff is nice but the rooms themselves are tiny and the bedsheets and towels could do with a greater degree of washing! This hotel could have easily won 5 starts for the amazing value - its just that the scam that they pull is disappointing. Choose a higher sea facing room. Have a drink on the common balcony looking at the Arabian Sea - you ll forgive the hotel for pulling...

What a fantastic place.. Just awesome.. The guy who runs the place attends to you very well.. They have a stay, a bar and a restaurant right in front of the beach.. But if the stay has to be worth it, book the deluxe double room and call the property to ask for the AC room and request for 3rd floor.. The room has a nice comfortable double bed and is worth every penny.. Gives you some of the best views here in Arambol Beach.. Its closer to the starting point for Keri trek too.. Coming to the food, they have shacks all day long and candlelight tables laid out in the evening, but if u rather dine inside the room they will deliver it there as well.. The seafood is delicious.. For me personally, the butter garlic calamari is the mother of all seafood dishes.. But there are more options as well.. Its very hard to recommend just one.. Go for it.. No...

Right on the beach and second building from the road that goes to the beach. Nice place for a stay and the rooms were clean. Room has a study table, wardrobe and double bed. Comfortable for a stay and even working as the hotel has free wifi with great speed. It's a two storey building with around 8 sea facing rooms. Sea not clearly visible due to grown trees but you can hear the waves day long. The restaurant is on ground floor with beach shacks and beds.

The food was nice and we enjoyed all our meals. The food spread is vast starting from breakfast, Indian, Chinese, sea food and varities of drinks

Rooms are basic but neat and clean. Value for money stay right on the beach and great food.

No private parking. You can park the two wheeler on the road going to the beach as it's hardly 1 shack away. No parking facility for...
