Malibu Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Goa

DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!! I mean it. Worst customer service. We had ordered red snapper from live counter for 1100₹ when we saw it was decent size and they promised us to give same fish. Once we receive fish only head and tails was there in the plate. As soon as they gave us the fish we questioned them saying this is not the fish we ordered they told us we ate half of the fish and were complaining. They literally blamed us. Very bad experience. Especially with the guy who doesn’t have hair(who’s taking care of live fish counter). There are other place which servers better fish. DONT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE. Plz take this seriously. Мы были там в декабре, заказывали креветки, все было нормально. Пришли сегодня мало того что принесли креветки гораздо меньшего размера, чем мы выбирали, частично они были с песком, салат настолько пересоленный, что невозможно есть, картофель фри приготовлен на каком-то пригорклом масле, а соус просто безвкусный, сплошная вода. Когда мы сказали об этом другим вновь прибывшим гостям о нашем ужине, и посоветовали выбрать другой ресторан, сотрудники Малибу подбежали и гневно накинулись все вместе с тем что мы не должны так делать. А собственно что делать, давать отзыв другим гостям, это тоже самое что и оставить отзыв в интернете. Позор!!!Это вместо того чтобы извиниться за ужасную еду и сервис. Я крайне не советую посещать это заведение.

We were there in December, ordered shrimp, everything was okay. But today, not only did the shrimps come so much smaller than we had chosen, they were partially sanded, the salad was so salty that it was impossible to eat, the French fries were cooked in some kind of lumpy oil, and the sauce was just tasteless, all water. When we told other newly arrived guests about our dinner, and advised them to choose a another restaurant, the Malibu staff ran up and angrily attacked all along with the fact that we should not do so. Extremely great restaurant, and the food was very tasty and they didn’t over-cost for the food like the other restaurant. We three friends chose that restaurant and keep on going only to that restaurant, because of the serving style, good response and comfortable care. Especially, thanks for “TINU”, he is very friendly and took care all the times when we have arrived there. Thank You So Much (MALIBU). I highly recommend this restaurant in ARAMBOL...
