BIG NO!!!! Don't Book this Property !!!!

If you are visiting more than 3 people and hotel staff offers you the room with 2 beds then please don't book it. It is a scam and they will trap you allocating spare room which is not at all good for spending even an hour. The guy called Shubhas offered us that spare room when we called him for advance booking. He shared us some images of the room which looked nice but when we went there then we shocked looking at condition of the room. Room was stinking with very bad smell. We spotted even big Cockroaches in that room. We planned for 2 nights there but we cancelled the room on next day itself and checked out. The room that was allocated to us was not even available for online booking , it was a spare room so be careful when you are doing advance booking here by calling directly to Hotel. Hotel was unhygienic , not well maintained. Only plus point is that it is on beach front.

So don't book this hotel and look for other...

The location of the stay is all that's good! Shubam is a guy that works there and was very cocky from day one. We were asked not to use the Ac much! I mean I paid for it and the rooms were cute no doubt but cleanliness was nil! The sheets were dirty, broken bed, washroom with spider webs and not clean! Customer service was NIL! I want to say a lot because that's how bad it was* There was no power in the nights so what's the use of paying a lot and having nothing to enjoy! My vacation was so bad because of HAKUNAMATATA! Y'all should sell the business or change the whole staff and the way y'all approach your goals to better services provided! Also the main lobby area smells like urine! The rooms were comparable to a ₹500 lodge with air conditioning, although the main door did not close properly and it had a big gap and we have covered the door gap with our clothes . The restrooms resembled public restrooms, generally clean. The bedding was unsatisfactory, with linens that were insufficient and emitted an unpleasant odor. Guests should bring their own towels and linens. Service, however, was excellent. Upon arrival at approximately 7 PM, we were informed that the air conditioning was malfunctioning and only non-air-conditioned rooms were available. After requesting alternative accommodations, we were provided a room at a nearby hotel for ₹1500, which included air conditioning.
