I really loved this place. The food was good. The ambience was great. The value was good. We were discussing how many more times we could fit this place into our schedule before leaving. But then we went to pay and there was a discrepancy on one item off the menu. The menu said 70 rupees they told us 100. We said we wanted to pay 70 rupees because that was the advertised and listed price and they told us that was old and no longer active and therefore we should just pay 100 even though they couldn't show us any menu that had it at 100. A very surprising conversation ensued in which I was accused of being American and that I should just pay them the extra money because it wasn't very much to me or that I shouldn't argue with them and they were right. My entire point was the menu that I showed them said 70 and I wanted to pay 70 and they would not accept that and we were disparaged and insulted and eventually just left very disheartened because we thought we had found a restaurant with very good food that we wanted to go to multiple times. And instead they ruined our night and made me feel bad for visiting...
