Alexandra Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Goa

One of the worst experiences. Highly priced. We had stayed many many years ago as it was close to beach and there was no app to check for alternative stay. We went again. However the lady owner was least friendly. Bathroom jet was leaking. AC works for some time and then stops. Our friends who checked out in the morning as they had flight in the evening to catch were not allowed to go in our room to even change clothes in the evening. We shifted to resort primo bomo near Baga. It was marginally more exp but very clean and superb.

Being in the hospitality industry, many in Goa or India are not aware of how to treat customers. This is because they don't care about ratings and feel people will visit them however they treat them. South Asian countries are much cheaper and easy to travel...

Very rude and unwelcoming in here. I’m a Single woman on her own and was basically ignored. Asked if they were open in the morning, “yeah” sat down at a table. 10 minutes later ( not busy, 1 other person in the place) I got a menu. Meanwhile a couple had walked in, was greeted a menu was given to them. I’m waiting to place my order, I’ve been in here 15 minutes so far.,they continue to ignore me, take other orders. Worthless. All show. Had veg fried noodles and pavbhaji. Noodles 1/4 quantity for 250, undercooked, unboiled and tasteless- literally no salt or any flavour. Bhaji, tasteless completely. When complained to the person in charge, he was rude and said "we eat like this only, this much salt and this much boiled only". Even offered him to give it a try himself, but received the same response. So far the worst quality of food and experience in Goa. Didn't have the noodles, paid the full bill, left the restaurant...
