The very first thing, during booking don't pay 50% advance. only pay one day charges to see at least the room and experience the same for one night. I paid 5000/- advance from 10000/- which is "NON REFUNDABLE" for 5 night and had a bad experience. "Couple with 2 kids" Attach is the room pics I checked in on 11th and checkout on 12th That mean I payed 5000/- for one night. It's big cheating plz do not pay advance .

@Fridge provided with only 3 legs. @No haging provided for cloth @Lot of noice in door opening and closing @Entry chip pocket is outside room.

"Beware honeymoon couples and only couples" main doors r full of seethrough holes.

The restaurant food is ok no dought.

I am deeply disappointed with the poor quality room provided by this hotel. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unpleasant.

Upon checking in, I noticed that the room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom was dirty and there were stains on the bed sheets. Additionally, the room air-conditioned was not working well ( cooling but not upto the mark) . Later I understood that they r not into hotel industries and is into resturant industries which is going well.

Even worse, the room was infested with insects which made my stay uncomfortable and disturbing. The walls were dirty and the furniture looked old and worn out.

Despite making several complaints to the hotel staff, no effort was made to address these issues. The staff seemed unresponsive and uninterested in improving my experience.

Overall, I regret choosing to stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The poor quality of the room highlights a lack of concern for guest comfort and satisfaction. I hope the management improves the services provided before other guests have to go through the same terrible experience that I had

And i am going to post this every season not only for 2023....also for 2024 and 2025.

My motive is only that such PPL should not cheat PPL coming from long distance and coming with family for enjoyment which is later converted...
