This was run by the same family who hosted our apartment and was also at the end of our access to the beach. Therefore we ate here for four lunches and also used the sunbeds after a late afternoon swim. The staff are very professional. There is a good range of food and drinks. We especially enjoyed the vegetable pakora. Bowls of water are provided by each sunbed for rinsing feet. The music from the neighbouring shack could be too loud especially late afternoon. Prices are a little higher than the ones nearby. Payment by card was possible by walking 5 minutes to reception...

Read moreWe spent six nights at the Little India Beach Cottages, which is owned by the same people and is directly behind the Bongo beach shack, back in January. Bongos seemed to be located perfectly between Baga and Calangute beaches. It's not that crowded on the beach in front of it when a hundred metres either way it's way busier. All staff were really friendly, Daniel, Ashok and Barti especially, and we ended up chilling out there every day we were in the area (not the plan). It's good food and nice cocktails. Definitely a good place to spend a few days...
