Club Cubana — Restaurant in Goa

It's not the same place it was years before. It was the most happening place in my book. They serve Very low grade alcohol replaced in the other bottles. That is true as a owner you should look into it. Knowing drinks were so bad i just had a beer. I m a whiskey lover and couldnt take a sip. Food was very good for my taste. Pizza were amazing. Prawns were nicely cooked and Ambience is amazing. But infact goa is not the place it used to be. Very bad crowd. Very expensive without any experience. Everyone is trying to loot money from the visitors. Don't go to Goa. Not worth it. Go kerala or karnataka instead. Specially avoid north goa. They run a scam where they serve alcohol which is so bad that after 2-3 drinks you will feel drunk and then the cab service will charge upto 2000 rupees for very nearby places. I had to pay extra 3000k after 2k as driver took my phone and asked 3k for cleaning the car and 2k for 5km of distance and will not let the online taxi driver take you. North goa pathetic place. And if you wish to sue me. I am waiting. Share me your name and number actually I would like to send someone for health and safety. And be thankful to me that I'm sharing this experience for you to improve. Not your enemy but try me. I dare you. Not everything is bad. Staff is too good. Helped me get my jacket back the next day. You guys might be genuine but alcohol was not the same despite your efforts to provide with best Services. Also when someone visits cabana. It's a place of luxury. Don't be handling out 3500 vouchers. Also No one offered premium packages. I came to spend money on club not on taxis. And local taxi was already parked on your driveway. One of the most famous (often over hyped) and happening clubs in Goa. Though the entry fee is on the higher side, it's worth a visit in my opinion.

If you're going with friends as a group, it's better to take along your girlfriend as a pillion (or vice versa), as opposed to gals and guys going in separately. Else, guys be prepared to get flagged down by the bouncers at the gate (they'll let you in without much drama once you convince them that you're couples). And the road to the club is kind of eerie. The staff will guide you to the parking lot and then take you up in a Mahindra Thar (it's hardly 250 - 300 metres though).

We paid ₹ 1900 per couple on Sunday night. You can pay the entry fee in cash or swipe the card. The entry fee will cover you for unlimited alcohol (but limited to Fuel Vodka, Old Monk Rum, Blenders Pride, Budweiser Premium etc to name a few), Tropicana and soft drinks but not the food. You can opt for better brands by paying from your pocket (they're offering one shot of Absolut Vodka for ₹ 100 that day). They had only Marlboro Gold (sold as a pack) on offer and had to pay a hefty premium for the lighter.

The neon lights and the ambiance makes this place a class apart. Club has multiple levels with a bar and dance floor each level. The place doubles up as a romantic place. There's a serene pool with brilliant lighting. And they serve wood fired pizza by the side of the pool. The pizza was yummy. The music was a kind of let down for me

Better to go in early (before it gets crowded) if you want a place to sit down, have few drinks, talk...

Review based on my own perspective of Club Cubana, Goa: A Disappointing Experience on a Promising Saturday Night We visited Club Cubana on December 29th, a Saturday night, with high expectations for a memorable stag party. Having paid Rs. 2900 per head for an experience that included unlimited food and drinks, we were looking forward to a lively atmosphere, great music, and delicious food. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of what was promised.

Ambiance and Atmosphere The sparse crowd by the poolside and upstairs near the bar was surprising for a Saturday. The DJ's song selection was uninspiring, and the low speaker volume killed any chance of creating a lively vibe. Despite waiting, the music failed to improve.

Food and Service The food was disappointing. Re-cooked chicken lollipops were inedible, and the paneer chilli was average. The waitstaff lacked training and seemed clueless, adding to the frustration. However, the bartender’s cheerful attitude and professional service stood out as a positive.

Dance Floor The indoor dance floor had fewer than ten people, which, combined with the low energy, made the experience lackluster. We left within an hour, feeling let down.

Suggestions Better music, food quality, and staff training are essential. Improved promotions could help draw a larger crowd to revive the energy.
