This group is trying to damage the restaurant’s reputation with false reviews . My friend and I personally witnessed what happened. The group had their meal, got their remaining food parcel . one of the group members posted a completely false review online. The owner approached their table and calmly asked why such a false review was posted . They had general conversation, and it was clear that group had finished their meal within 50 minutes and received good Service. I read the review myself- it was full of exaggerated and untrue claims, including one stating the food was served an hour late, which was not the case at all. Naturally, the owner had every right to ask why such a misleading review was written. I respect that the owner stood up for their restaurant Interestingly , the other group members didn’t even know about the review . They apologised, delete it , and left the restaurant smiling. We uploaded the review as we were waiting for the food. The food finally arrived after OVER 40 minutes of order. And when we were eating the owner suddenly comes out and starts yelling and arguing with us, upset over the review she received. A negative review shall rather be used as an advice and to improve into a better position. But instead, they literally were yelling at us and arguing with us while we were still eating. They continued to show their arrogance and were NOT ready to listen to our replies upfront IMPORTANTLY because we were soft spoken. Because we did not yell back. We were trying to voice out our opinion but were shut down with dialogs like “We work hard and you guys don’t take a second to write bad reviews on us.” She legit passed that statement blinded to her own mistakes. Skipping over them any day. Hopefully they can take this review as a positive lesson and turn better instead of interrupting eating customers and yelling at them for their criticising statements in reviews....

Yelling at the customers for a review, moreover unable to accept their mistake on delivering food late. (The food was delivered 40 minutes later, and they themselves accepted it takes 15-20 minutes to deliver the food). Still they weren’t accepting their fault and instead started calling us out on our review, and our right to express and give out reviews. The truth is, reviews are not only written with bad intentions, but it shall be taken rather a constructive criticism. Which the owner themselves could NOT follow through. I would never step into a restaurant who makes me feel like I don’t have the right to express my reviews. Or yell at me. Zero ethics, disrespectful. Food was distasteful.
