Coco Joe's Beach Shack, Goa — Restaurant in Goa

These guys are frauds !! Please don’t ever dare to go here ..

We ordered one thing from the menu which was priced at Rs 600 .. but they charged for 4800/- saying it’s special .

More over the owner is too arrogant to even talk to us .. he just asked us to get out from the property and he doesn’t want even a penny from us on the bill .

But, we payed for what we ordered and as about to leave

Later he sent all those service guys just swamped on us like a bunch of rowdies !!

I visited Coco Joe's beach shack this New Year's. I was hosted by Tony and Prithvi at the shack. They're very welcoming and make the atmosphere extremely convivial. It's located in Calangute, they have a stay at a two minutes walking distance from the shack, which is known as Frank lobos nest. I tried the prawns, pasta and crispy chicken which was really good. In the restaurant, instead of tequila, we were served an unknown blue drink. At the menu during payment, they covered the price tag with 2000 rupees for one drink (shot). They insisted heavily on the price. Instead of gin and tonic, they served us an unknown aniseed drink and tried to convince us it was a great gin. I don't recommend it, it's not trustworthy behavior.
