Ordered Sweet potato fries- really crispy (in a good way) , spiced with a rub that's spicy-ish and makes the "mouth feel" a bit dry.
Comes with a sauce dish that has two sauce. Orange one is spicy and gives em a good kick, the white one is a ranch(maybe?).
I ordered their Classic platter.
"Comes with quarter pound of each of the four Cuebebar Classics. Brisket, pulled pork, pork belly, pork ribs
Sides, coleslaw, house pickles, corn on the coin, honey butter, two buns, French fries"
Brisket-over was overcooked, on the dry side, more like a roast then a brisket.
Covered in a sauce that's peppery and a bit chalky.
Not salty, not sweet, not really contributing to the flavor.
A gravy would be a better choice. (personal opinion)
With a different sauce or in a sandwich with other condiments and cheese it would likely be good... Ish.
To dry for my liking. Could be its been hanging out in the smoker, uncovered to long.
I am here after eight thirty pm. Could give it another try.
Ribs-fall off the bone! There's a great color on the meat! Smokey flavor!
Aaaaand... Covered in a sauce that's not overly sweet (plus) or flavourful (minus). Smoky flavor over all. Sauce is just kinda there.
Doesn't show up or add that much to the meat.
Ribs are nice and fatty! Star of the show.
Pulled pork-weirdly tough for a shredded meat dish, salty, lightly sweet. Would likely be good in a sandwich with other components.
Pork belly-salty in a teriyaki style sauce. Crispy outside, tender inside. Sesame seeds, slightly sweet.
The grilled veggies are amazing! Tasty as all hell!
Good variety of veggies, tomato, bell peppers, mushrooms, cauliflower, green beans, carrots. Seasoned nicely, flavourful, not over cooked. Herbs, garlic, not over salted. Fantastic! Great side, highly recommend!
Hell if you're vegetarian and get dragged here, it would make a great main course.
Can you tell I like it?
Grilled corn on the cob- On the small side, frackin tasty! Has a seasoning on it.
Served with a honey butter (for the cornbread, buns, not to sweet) that is great on the corn.
Pickles (lightly sweet) with pickled cabbage (perfect),
Coleslaw (heavier on the mustard side), liked it. Can't mess up coleslaw.
French fries, seasoned, just the right amount of crispy, and very tasty!
Had one of their cocktails.
Smoked Pineapple Fizz - smoked Pineapple syrup, fresh mint, white rum, dark rum, maple syrup, pineapple garnish
Really good!
I'm also a pirate so I'll admit I'm biased towards rum & pineapple drinks
For dessert I had their,
Caramel Coffee Shake w/ booze. ("almond" liquor)
This was delicious and strong! Also sweet. Let your inner...

Very good call on this!
I got A customized burger; Mashup of the Cottage Cheese and Grilled Chicken Burger. Grilled Chicken, Hummus, Salsa, Cheddar, Whiskey BBQ Sauce! What an amazing combination! Just beautiful! I really wasn't expecting this. I had actually asked for the grilled cottage cheese burger but replacing the cottage cheese with grilled chicken instead, and they just combined the two for me. I really had no words to describe this. The flavors went so well together. I dropped the tomato on the burger though because I'm not a fan. Overall amazing burger. Fries on the side were perfectly crisp and seasoned well too. Didn't even need the sauce that came with!
I also ordered the Smoked Beet Salad (no tomato, dressing on the side) christmas really good. Generous amount of beetroot, and quite an amount of walnuts as well. I could have used some more greens because the beet felt a lot. Dressing was really nice as well! I could have had some of that plain haha.
Would not recommend the side of grilled vegetables. I asked them to use less oil and this thing was still soaking in oil! I used tissue papers to squeeze out the oil and when I squeezed a piece of cauliflower in the tissue paper there was so much oil that it started dripping down my fingers! Not a good dish at all.
My brother got the Fried Chicken Burger. He was really looking forward to it because he loves garlic and spicy (the garlic, butter and garlic aioli really really got his attention), but it was a disappointment. The chicken on this was so so oily! Later realized that it was triple fried chicken. So oily that we could even see the oil! The burger could have been a lot better with a grilled patty, or maybe less fried.
Friend for the Cuebano burger. It was a take on the Cuban sandwich with ham and all of that going on. The burger bun was also pressed down to make it look a bit like the sandwich. She enjoyed this for sure.
My brother and friend shared the Crispy Chicken Strips too. I tried a bite of one and it was actually crispy. Too much chicken though. It was actual proper thin strips of chicken that were flattened down and fried. I was hoping for more meat on this but I think they actually liked it. Just a classic fried chicken concept....

A perfectly suiting ambience only adds to the beauty. If you do plan on hitting this joint, go there on a Thursday and try their Smoked Meat Platter for 1000 bucks. It's a steal for the feast you'll indulge in.
From amongst their meaty menu we tried the Beef Brisket (Carne Asada) Tacos, Chicken Wings in Mango Chilli Sauce, Chorizo Rice, Beef Brisket (½ pound) and the Char Siu Pork Belly. We had the Dulce de Leche for dessert.
The soft shell tacos came with strips of pulled beef, a nice rendition of the usual slaw and a combination of a couple of sauces and mayo that placed well on the palette.
Amongst the sauce options for the wings, we picked the Mango Chilli. The sauce was so well balanced and each piece of chicken was well bathed in it. Unfortunately, one of the wings was a bit undercooked.
The Chorizo Rice albeit nothing special was definitely nice. The well-beloved Goan sausage pulao is available here too.
The glorious Beef Brisket featured delicately carved pieces of delicious beef smoked for hours, well marinated in BBQ sauce and served with a smooth mash and coleslaw. Unfortunately for us, some of the beef pieces were a little bit tougher than others, but not everyone had that misfortune. So overall, it was still great.
Succulent slices of pork belly bathed in a delicately spiced sweet and spicy sauce, served with kimchi fried rice made the Char Siu Pork Belly a real crowd pleaser. The pork was awesome and the rice was packed with flavour, but what really astounded us was the cucumber. The pickled cucumbers had to be the best thing ever and served as a superb break between sessions of meat.
The real crown of this meal was the dessert. The Dulce de Leche was the absolute bomb and left us literally wanting more. Right from the moment the dish was set before us, it blew us away in every aspect. Not only does it look fantastic but it plays your taste buds a tune of...
