Domino's Pizza - Candolim — Restaurant in Goa

Had ordered 4 pizzas online this evening and the operator on call was very nice. However, the delivery boy Abhishek’s service was bad. As he called trice and we were unable to answer he went back to the store though our house is touching the main road and he could have not missed it. Within 5 mins when we called back requesting delivery he said it’s not possible. We called the delivery boy back and apologised for the missed calls and placed a request to deliver the pizzas back and we offered to come to collect but he said order is cancelled since we didn’t get back to him within less than 5 mins and we have to place it again as the order containing 4 pizzas is already given to other customers instead.

So we went to the store and spoke to the manager who was also rude. Instead of marking an apology, he lied by saying he was the manager and not the counter sales person and protected the delivery boy by covering up until we showed him the voice recording which made it clear that the delivery boy Abhishek lied to us. Then the manager said the pizza order was not cancelled by him and that the pizzas were there itself and we could take them.

When we got home soon our family didn’t like the pizzas as they were cold and not up to the mark. This stores staff needs serious training on customer approach and etiquettes. There should be accountability and a system in place to address customers issues as the calangute store is much better than this...

Pathetic hospitality, I will never suggest this place to dine in. It's best to go somewhere else instead of this place. No one should suffer like this.

We ordered a Farmhouse extra cheese pizza on 29th of August and we have got the pizza but there was no cheese at all for which we have paid Rs. 532/- and the pizza was not worth it. And we spoke with one of the staff member from there and the staff said to have that pizza from thier side and told he will refund all the amount which we have paid and told it will take 24 hours or 7 days for refund as there is some network issue in their store and we believed him, said okay but after seven days he told us to come to the store and have another pizza instead and the refund will not be possible. We didn't wanted to have any pizza from that dominos store as the pizza quality was not good. He was always asking for an excuse. He didn't even apologized for that and we were expecting for refund from...

First of all.... Food was amazing & Yummy. But the staff seems really lazy to work. All they do is talk to each other and didn't mind the customer in front.It Took More than 10 min, she finished talking to the person who work in the kitchen and other two people to come and take the order. While we were waiting to order, she took order from another customer while we are the one who comes first. Really rude tone and not welcoming at all. Especially Bhagyashri, who took our order. She seems impatient, when we ask her something and act like she don't have to answer our queries. They were not even providing the condiments, when I ask they said it is supposed to be on the table.
