Good things first - food was okay, live music is good, service is okay okay

BUT BE CAREFUL while you pay your bill as they actually charge more for your order than what's mentioned in menu, I think cause they know people are a bit drunk and no one is adding up the amount.

SCENARIO (HAPPENED WITH ME) I ordered 2 things, as soon as both arrived, one of the waiters came with the bill without me asking for it. And asked me to pay immediately, he paused me eating and stood there, till I actually paid. He took away the bill as soon as I paid. Since he was standing on my head, I had to pay immediately. -I was feeling something off, I checked the menu and realized they charged me wrong amount, I had no bill to confirm. Went to counter and asked for it, took the menu and showed to waiter, then bar people and then the person actually generating the bill. At first I thought it was a genuine mistake but after looking at people's reaction, quite sure they know what they were doing. -Bill generating person said "we have changed the price", then what about the menu.... What about the price written on it?? -He knew it was unethical and I was sober....... He didn't argue much and paid me the difference amount in cash. It's a great place and we had a great time. Except for that one misbehaving bouncer who has no idea on how to treat people.

This is the guy who was attending with a silver-ish chain on the night of 15 Aug'25. The women members of my group were misbehaved with right outside the club right in front of him and when he was asked for help, he had the audacity to just laugh it off. And when asked that it was not the most appropriate kind of support (especially when he is a bouncer who now I realize had his muscular strength growing into his thick headedness), his answer was "that is not his job" and that was with some laughing again!

After that, he wanted to pick a personal beef because we had called him out on not being of any help, for which he wanted to get us out of the place, just because we were dancing there. His reason? "You are not alloweed to dance here". And then the ganging up of all the bouncers there.

Great night and vibe with the place and really appreciate the effort the owners and the rest of the team put it. Except for that dumb bouncer, who has no courtesy whatsoever. We really tjiught Goa was a much safer and customer friendly place but on this night, on account of that bouncer, we were quite disappointed - definitely not a night...

But the security staff is extremely incompetent and unprofessional

We were at the billing counter ordering drinks, there was this drunk individual who was rude and disrespectful to my wife , we had asked the security personnel to get rid of him but they were focused on him clearing the bill first.

Later on he was harassing other foreigners in line to which I had intervened very politely

He got physical , I was waiting for the security staff to intervene, to which they were just spectating , later on I whacked a punch on him knocking him on the ground, and we were asked to leave , like for your incompetence I had to intervene and you guys where just watching and now asking us to leave?

The guy was throwing glasses at my wife , yet he was arguing with my wife on the same that he was doing his job , nincumpoops at the best.

If you guys keep working like this without a staff check , let me assure your place will close as early as possible.
