Bistro Vagator — Restaurant in Goa

So this entire week I was in Goa and I discovered this gem in Vagator! Such pretty place with very pretty sittings. The place is pretty huge and very spacious. Their day view as well as evening view is truly mesmerizing with those fairy lit trees.

Going ahead with what I ordered:

*MOCKTAILS

• Cold Coffee • Passion Fruit Bellini • Refreshing Orange Mint • Virgin Pina Colada • Rosemary Apple & Cranberry

All these mocktails were easy-to-go with your meal! I simply asked for few of their best ones and these were just it.

*FOOD

• Tomato Basil Pesto Mozzarella Sandwich (4/5): This was a very classic one you can ask for. It was in between a sourdough bread which was super crunchy.

• Bruschetta (3/5): This was a decent starter. Baguette topped with tomato basil.

• Flaky Fried Chicken (5/5): I don't easily like fried chicken. This one was an exceptional one! Super crispy on the outside and tasted so good with the south west dip. Most recommended!!!

• Penne Pasta in Arrabiata Sauce (4/5): Again this was a decent one. Just the regular pasta you can ask for!

• Pizza Di Pollo (3/5): Liked the taste of it. The base could've been better but it surely didn't ruin the taste. Good amount of veggies and chicken chunks on the top!

• Fried Chicken Steak-Asian Slaw-Jalapeno (4/5): This one was a burger. It was a medium sized chicken burger with cold slaw and finely chopped jalapenos at the bottom of the patty. This was fillliinggg!!

• Shakshouka Benedict (4/5): Was accompanied with a sourdough. It is a Tunisian and Israeli dish of tomatoes, onions, pepper, spices, and eggs. It's usually eaten for breakfast or lunch, but I think it's tasty anytime! This one was surely lipsmaking.

*DESSERT

• Sizzling Hot Brownie (3/5)

• Trio Baileys Mousse (4/5): Something different that I tried out here. This was not too sweet, was perfectly balanced. Perfect end to our fulfilling meal!

Located in Vagator on the narrow road that goes to Ozran beach ,this place has a magical vibe. A garden restaurant with spacious seating that also allows your paw friends to join you in!

They have an all day dinning that serves everything from fruit bowls, juices, cocktails, mocktails, pastas, burger & pizzas.

Two great drinks to begin with, a cocktail called Plum capirino made with a rum based plum puree and a hazel walnut brownie frappe which one should go for if you prefer less of the sweetness.

We began with this amazing dish called chicken wings. 6 flavourful pieces of peri peri spiced chicken that was paired along with blue cheese sauce!

Pizza di polo was the only chicken pizza I caught on the menu. Delicious pieces of 10” each with tiny bites of smoked chicken, jalapenos ,olives and combination of parmesan & mozzarella cheese.

The fried chicken steak burger was nice & juicy with asian coleslaw, served with their homade pickle & fries. Only missing was some dip to accompany it all!

Their desserts were a complete show stellers. We had a lovely waffle of theirs drizzled with sugar syrup, topped with almond flakes and accompanied with cream cheese. They were adequately crisp with a subtle flavour of vanilla and cream cheese enhancing its taste.

We next tried this unique dessert preparation of a french toast with whipped cream and a super yummy berry compote on top!

They always have some innivative stuffs coming up and especially their weekends are always buzing with different kinds of events so make sure you follow their page and keep yourself updated with their latest happenings.

Also they have an all day dinning so make sure to reserve a table with them ...

Exploring Through the Beaches of Vagator Goa, Just saw this Beautiful Place called Bisto Vagator and found it really impressive!!

The Ambience of Bistro Cafe is pretty cool with a Tiny Bar and Variation of Seating Arrangements, I just Loved their Garden Seating which was elegant and Beauty!!

So at the Earliest Moment, we Started off with Mocktails Such as:-

1:- Pinacolada:- Its been the best with its refreshing flavours of pineapple Infused with Coconut Water, Tasted really great!! Presented very well.

2:- Refreshing Orange Mint:- Another's Refreshing Mocktails from Bisto Vagator, A Mixture of freshly Orange, lemon and mint leaves were soulful to have it withs refreshing Flavours

Along with these Refreshing Mocktail, we were Accompanied by Some of the Best Appetizers from Bistro Vagator

1:- A Crunchy and Crispy Chicken with a Bit Spicy Taste was good to go along with these Refreshing Mocktails

2:- Chicken Penne Pasta:- It was at its Best:- A wonderful Texture of sauces along with the Chicken in it was just Crazy to have it!! The Aroma of it was so Blissful.

And Ended up Sweet Dessert Like Sizzling Brownie and Trio Baileys Moose:-

Sizzling Brownie:- Smooth and spongy Brownie which was Goey & Mild Chocolate, Top up with a Vanilla Scoop on it!!

Hospitality was very quick and the staff Mr Rubul was too help to Suggest to us!

Overall it was a Great Experience. A perfect place for Good...
