My recent visit to Gagan's restaurant left much to be desired. Despite ordering several food items, one of the main courses failed to meet expectations. Upon politely requesting to cancel the dish due to its unsatisfactory taste, I encountered resistance from the staff.
The waiter returned with the same dish, claiming it had been prepared with additional ingredients. Unfortunately, by that time, we had already finished our meal. Despite reiterating our desire to cancel the dish, we were met with further pushback, this time from a member of the management team.
This individual, whether the owner or a member of the management, engaged in argumentative behavior, questioning our dissatisfaction and even suggesting that other customers hadn't complained about the dish. When I explained that the taste was bland and did not resemble the dish as expected, the response was dismissive, citing the longevity of the cook's tenure and referring to online reviews.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, not only due to the subpar dish but also because of the lack of understanding and empathy exhibited by the staff and management. It's unfortunate that customer feedback was met with such resistance rather than a sincere effort to address the issue and ensure a positive dining experience for all .
As a frequent visitor to this restaurant and someone who has recommended it to friends in the past, it pains me to write this review. However, my recent experience with the staff and management has left me reconsidering future visits.
As a customer, I believe it's essential to feel heard and valued. When expressing concerns, I expected a proactive approach to address the issue rather than being questioned and dismissed. Constructive feedback should be welcomed as an opportunity for improvement, not met with defensiveness.
I'm not writing this review to defame the restaurant, but rather to highlight the importance of customer service in maintaining a positive reputation. While I've enjoyed my visits in the past and have recommended this place to others, the recent encounter has left me hesitant to return. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards ensuring a more customer-centric approach...
Read moreI have been consistently ordering from Gagan's for a while now, and they never fail to impress me with their exceptional service and delicious food. One of the standout features of this restaurant is how they always make sure to address any custom requests I have. Whether it's a specific dietary requirement or a special tweak to a dish, they always get it right, ensuring a delightful dining experience every time.
Special mention goes to the management team for maintaining such high-quality standards. Their dedication to excellence is evident in every aspect of the restaurant, from the meticulous preparation of dishes to the efficient delivery service.
As a vegetarian, I am thrilled with the variety and taste of their vegetarian dishes. Each dish is flavorful, well-prepared, and offers a unique culinary experience. It's clear that a lot of thought and care goes into crafting their vegetarian menu, making it one of the best in town.
I'd also like to give a special mention to the manager, who goes above and beyond to cater to customers' needs. Their customer-first approach ensures that every order is handled with care and precision, resulting in a consistently satisfying experience.
Even though I haven't had the chance to visit the restaurant in person, their online ordering service has been impeccable. The food always arrives on time, hot and fresh, and the quality never wavers. I highly recommend Gagan's to anyone looking for a reliable and delicious dining option.

Tried this place recently, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The chicken wings? Stale and clearly not fresh — an instant red flag. The stuffed paratha was bland and forgettable. The only halfway decent item was the Afghani chicken, and even that didn’t justify the rest of the mess.
The calamari batter fry tasted like something straight out of a frozen packet — no flavor, no effort, no point. But what really took the cake was their absolutely ridiculous take on hot water. When we asked for some, they brought out a 1-liter Kinley bottle and said they’d need to boil packaged water. Seriously? In what world is that normal for a restaurant?
This place clearly doesn’t care about food quality, customer comfort, or basic service. Save your money, time, and taste buds — go literally anywhere else. Not worth it.
Waiter was around us all the time, disrupting our private talks, and was eager to take the plates every now and then before finishing our meal.
Replying to the owner: Like u mentioned to my friend, nothing happened like you described. We did a mistake that we did not react immediately regarding the food as we didn't want to spoil our trip mood because of some food, secondly please don't lie saying that the quality of food was asked by the waiter. Also, know the FSSAI rule that u can not impose bottled water on a...
