We went to dine at Kasav for dinner last night. The moment I entered the restaurant, it took my breathe away. The ambience was soothing and beautiful, very Bali in decor!! All along the restaurants there are tortises adorning and honouring the name of the place. It is a classic, tastefully done eatery and yet so different than the other restaurants. There is a huge pond with a mango tree right in the centre and lots of unique collection of Koi fishes that are a delight to watch and a treat for the kids. The aesthetics of the place is Balinese but yet Goan! And now for the food! Every dish we ordered was delicious and yummy. The small bites we ordered were authentic to taste and the squid chilli sauce was to die for. We rounded it off with the panna cotta dessert which melted in our mouths. And the icing on the cake is the reasonable prices of the items on the menu, unlike most of the restaurants in Goa whose prices are touristy with no substance. It was an enjoyable high end dining but without burning a hole in the pocket. Thank you Kasav for providing a service fit...
Read moreKasav was an accidental discovery for me. My friends wanted to have dinner at some place in Anjuna but not a place that we have been to. While browsing this place on Zomato, I checked the photographs & the menu - both looked neat.
We were amongst the first ones to come on for dinner. I think the place is done up well, there’s lot of space and the place feels airy. There’s a nice pond / water tank right at the centre of this place with a lot of Koi fish, which adds to the ambience. But the real hero of the place has to be the Chef and his dishes. Whatever we ordered was spot on in terms of taste. We tried their Calamari in lemon garlic sauce, that was spectacular. The prom ribs which they customised a bit for us was so good. My son freaked out on their fried chicken. Absolutely wonderful.
Mrunmayee has put together a great team here. The next time you are around, do visit this place. I am sure you’ll love it...
Read moreI recently visited this amazing little spot, and I’ve got to say, it was such a great experience. The food was incredible, definitely some of the best I’ve had in a while. The Laksa soup was full of flavor, with just the right balance of spice and creaminess. The Katsu curry had the crispiest chicken and the perfect sauce, and the Thai curry was so fresh and packed with flavor. I honestly couldn’t choose a favorite between them!
The vibe of the place is perfect for a relaxed meal. It’s got this slow, laid-back atmosphere, which is ideal for enjoying your food without any rush. The ambiance is cozy and beautiful.
The owner is also such a sweetheart. She’s super welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Her warmth definitely adds something special to the experience.
If you’re looking for great food, chill vibes, and awesome service, this place is definitely worth a visit. Can’t...
