Hotel Reemz Beach Heaven, Anjuna — Hotel in Anjuna

We were here on the long weekend, booked 3 rooms for 6 pax, 2 standard basically small bedroom with washroom of a 1bhk property and 1 x 1bhk.|We paid a good amount for the 1bhk but to our disaster we dint get choice for the rooms even after booking aprox 40 days prior, no fridge or geyser working, when complaint they started the repare work in our presense and took 1 hour redirecting the wires which could be dangerous,||Next day we had break fast which was same every day and and pathetic, we had to relay on bread butter.|Its same pathetic on everyday no verity.||Same day we came back to room after tiring day to have rest at 1 am in nite and found there was no electricity int he apartment, waited for 2 hrs and we were shifted to another room for sleep and asured we will repair the fault by morning, the room offered was with faulty Ac and noice fan, we were so stressed and furious upon complaining at 3.30 am we were again shifted to other room.|In the mornjng the our room was not repaired and they asked us to shift to 4th room shifting all our luggage which is not a easy task packing everything and unpacking in new room. We asked for compensation and give us upgraded room but it was not entertained infact other day swati the desk receptionist came at 11.30 and offered us other room which was checked iut and handed over to us after cleaning after 2pm, such a waste of time and mood spoiler.|Which wasted our almost half day, and were forced to stay without power and Ac or fan till 2pm.|Now even more is left the next morning when we went for shower again the geyser isnt working on this room as well, what nonsense, i was so frustrated but had to keep cool.||Property is good, located good but if ur stuck in situation like us, the staff cannot handel it or is not willing to, it would ruin your well planned trip which happend to us.||@swati very disappointed with...

HORRIBLE experience!!!! Only reason for anyone to book this resort is their in-room jacuzzi. It's not worth the price the charge and moreover they will cheat you right there.

I stayed at Hotel Reemz Beach Heaven on 17th July 2022 in room number 4201. I had booked suite room with jacuzzi as this stay was part of my honeymoon trip to Goa.

To my utter disappointment, this stay turned out to be nightmare for me and spoilt my entire trip experience. Even in rainy and cold weather, the in-room jacuzzi tub was not providing hot water. With extreme embarrassment, I had to make complaint and call service person at 1 AM in the night (in suite bedroom with my wife) to diagnose the issue. He found the complaint to be correct however couldn't fix it, the in charge person at reception (Swati's husband) also failed to provide any resolution. Also he couldn't suggest any alternative solution to improve customer satisfaction. As a result, I couldn't use jacuzzi as it was literally impossible to use it with ice cold water in such weather.

I hope you understand that nothing can bring back the day which I have lost there. Not only my it caused me inconvenience at night, it also spoilt my experience of trip as a whole. Moreover, they were not ready to compensate this inconvenience in any manner because all amount was...

Bored with lockdown, we three friends decided for a long drive, ensuring we take all precautions required. Anjuna has always been a favourite place, as Calangute has become notoriously "touristy" and crowded.||||Hotel Reemz at Anjuna, turned out to be a blessing, absolutely hygienic which was a major point for us and an awesome location. The Hotel has various rooms to cater to all and yet its best SUITE is also affordable on pockets - DO NOT FORGET TO USE THE JACUZZI ! ||||The staff is courteous, housekeeping is excellent. While we had mostly food outside, yet when we did, the Chef did a remarkable job too. His Chicken Masala was delicious. ||||For larger families, Reemz Anjuna also has rooms with kitchen facilities. The lockdown means, there is very less crowd right now, and whole Goa is for you ! The beaches are open, there are no restrictions. Pubs, Hotels too are opening up.||||Reemz Anjuna boasts of a gym, swimming pool and a Cafe !
