Id been recommended this place by a friend, so we came here in the afternoon for lunch. I ordered the crab xacuti and my friend ordered the fish curry, both of us with jeera rice. The food was decent, I can't complain too much about the taste of the curries. The jeera rice was also decent, but it's really nothing impressive. I had a difficult time extracting the meat from the crab, and most of it was holding on to the shell for dear life. I also found small bits of the crabs shell in the curry sauce, which occasionally gave an unpleasant and misplaced crunch. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great. It's quite fun to sit inside and read some of the funny signs. We also ordered some drinks like coffee and juice, and we noticed that the cups were terribly dirty--not a great sign. The coffee was also horrible, as I assume it was nespresso, however, I understand that this is not their speciality. There are definitely other places that have much better curry, but this place does have a pretty big menu, offering many...

By seeing all reviews and hype, we planned to have dinner at burger factory, when we visited for some reason it is closed on that day as we are so hungry we thought of going near by restaurant.. we found this restaurant and wanted to give a try.. and we ended up going 3 days continuously 😊..
We tried prawns masala fry, chicken cashew, roti, butter Nan, kadai chicken, egg fried rice, chilly chicken, chicken momo.. everything is best. And their Virgin mojito is best. I ordered 3 times of my visit..

Read moreA great little cafe just at the edge of Poonam Village, Anjuna. Just about 100m from the place I stayed in and was great for breakfast. Had breakfast here on the first day I stayed in Goa and almost everyday, I visited this place.
It isn't too expensive, but neither is it too cheap. But they serve quality food with good Ambience and music. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even helped us store our liquor which we bought from outside (even though we weren't allowed liquor from outside in the cafe). The French toast is on the thinner side but is cooked to perfection. The omelettes are great, light & fluffy. The beverages are good too and served in good quantity.
Would definitely recommend anyone staying in and around Anjuna to visit this place atleast one and you'll know why it's rated so highly amongst both the tourists and locals.
