KFC — Restaurant in Goa

I recently visited the KFC outlet in Calangute, Goa, and had a rather average experience. While the food was not up to the usual KFC standards and tasted bad, there were several areas that could use improvement.

The cleanliness of the restaurant was just okay. It wasn't particularly dirty, but it wasn't sparkling clean either. The tables and floors could have been maintained better to enhance the overall dining experience.

The service was also just satisfactory. The staff were polite, but the speed of service was slower than expected. It took a bit longer than usual to place and receive my order, which was slightly inconvenient.

On the plus side, the location is convenient, especially for those exploring the Calangute area. The outlet is easily accessible and a good spot for a quick meal.

Overall, my visit to KFC in Calangute was an "BAD" experience. It wasn't bad, but it also didn't stand out. With some improvements in cleanliness and service speed, this outlet could offer a much better...

Running under expected standards customers are made to adjust to something else inspite of having paid for there choice one of my order had a bucket of spicy chicken where it had to be given 5 PC of leg and at the end I had to only have 4 and the 5th one never came till I finished my full order and was ready to leave they certainly need more staff proper ac funtioning on top floor and proper token announce system they also need all the containers shown in kfc add on there television and covers for there pepsi cups I hope kfc can afford it after a expensive pricing and taxes from there dear adjusting customers kfc calangute high time wake up and start managing it in a proper way it's certainly disappointing because a vada pav service is better then this. Everyone loves KFC in this world no matter what, I mean if you love Chicken then KFC is heaven for you.Even Vegetarians can enjoy but Chicken lovers have a wide variety of options.
