Lovely Lunch Experience at Mushu - The Fireplace!

Today, my husband and I had lunch at Mushu - The Fireplace, and overall, it was a lovely experience. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the staff was very polite and professional.

I ordered Aglio Olio, and my husband had the Prawn Masala along with Schezwan Rice. I must say, the Prawn Masala was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and perfectly cooked. However, I felt the Aglio Olio could be improved a bit to enhance its taste. As for the Schezwan Rice, it also had room for improvement; the Schezwan sauce was a bit sweet, almost like ketchup, which slightly affected the authentic flavor. If they could improve the sauce, it would definitely enhance the overall taste of the dish.

A special mention to Ashwini, who served us — he was extremely professional, attentive, and friendly, making our dining experience even better. We truly enjoyed our time there.

I would still recommend Mushu - The Fireplace for a nice dining experience, and I hope to see some improvements in the dishes on my next visit. Thank you for the great...

Im reposting this as i see a reply from the owner. The issue was never about chicken being hard rather it was chicken being stale which on complaint was not resolved by the resturant. The bill is completely paid and you should not blame a customer that a customer did not want to pay the bill. If required I will share screenshot of payment. Request you to be empathetic towards customer complaints rather than putting up false stories. A resturant runs with two things_ Good food and conduct which you clearly lack and your response proves that. I did not ask for a refund which compelled you to put up false story. A simple apology would have been enough.

My origina l post- We ordered Chicken biryani. The taste of the Biryani was fine however the chicken pieces were giving foul smell,as if it is stale. On complaining, the resturant said Chicken is fresh which I don't agree with.

Me and my family went there yesterday and day before yesterday It’s a open area with nice atmosphere,parking,food and the best of all the staff is wonderful and friendly They helped my kids at their pool table (yes they have a pool table) First we were five people on our first visit the bill was around ₹4500 Including taxes AND alcohol Next day we were seven and the bill ₹6000 including all taxes and alcohol. They even gave us the pool table to play for free and they played with us and taught my kids Highly recommend for Goan seafood Italian pasta and Indian dals and sabjis Low prices and good atmosphere Could adjust the volume to what we wanted the staff...
