Melt Pizzabar — Restaurant in Goa

If you are a pizza lover and have a love for great food, great ambience, and an amazing time spent with strangers who are at a huge risk of turning into friends, then this is THE PLACE for you! I am someone who hates pizza, but once I visited Melt Pizzabar at Anjuna, there has been no looking back, which means that every time I am in Goa, which is quite often, I have to have to be there.... their hemp pizza is to die for (!!!!!)...the best I have had in life... and this comes not from me, but from a few others who are really into pizzas and know what they are talking about...

The wonderful hosts Mohit and Abhi will be there to make you feel at home, give you food and drink suggestions if you're looking to try out something new and interesting, and will keep you entertained with their interesting and never-ending chatting sessions...you could also get a tour of their entire property and see for yourself where the ingredients of your pizza are coming from (fresh!) and where and how it is being baked (in a BEAUTIFUL hand-made oven that was personally and lovingly made by Abhi).... the place opens at 5pm as of now, but very soon they are going to be open for lunch too...so make sure you check it out for sure... also, there is a lot of new food on the menu, with different takes on classics as well as some really cool food ideas you should try out....really yummy....

and yes, when you're visiting Melt, don't go with a fixed time in mind that you want to spend there..... coz most likely you'll end up meeting so many interesting people that you just wouldn't want to leave! And who knows, you'll end up making some new...

The pizza was hands down one of the best I’ve had — fresh ingredients, perfectly baked, and full of flavor. You can really taste the love and effort put into every bite. Whether you’re a classic Margherita lover or into more loaded options, there’s something for everyone.

What made the experience even better was the amazing hospitality. The owner is an incredibly kind and humble person who genuinely cares about his guests. He welcomed us warmly, made sure we were comfortable, and even shared a bit about how everything at MELT is made with passion. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated and friendly — he truly adds a personal touch that makes you feel right at home.

And I can't forget to mention the chocolate ice cream — it’s homemade and honestly, the best I’ve ever had in my life. Creamy, rich, and absolutely divine. It’s a must-try!

Loved this pizza place and am so happy that we went there. When I was searching for nearby restaurant options on Google, I chanced upon this place and the pictures of the pizza looked so good. I am not a pizza lover perse coz I don't like the extra cheesy pizzas. But I love the authentic Italian pizzas and this place had just that. There were around 5-6 vegetarian pizza options and we ordered two of them - margarita and another on which has mushroom topping as an option (I don't remember the exact name). Both were really good, light on the stomach and literally melted in your mouth. We went at 4pm so the place was empty but the staff was really hospitable. Good service, good ambience and awesome pizzas!!! My niece wanted to go there again the very next day. 😛 I am definitely visiting it again, whenever...
