WOOBAR — Restaurant in Goa

This place scammed us. The receipt was off in many ways and they refused to fix it. For example we ordered a hookah that they said was 3500 rupees, but they charged us 5000. When we pointed this out they kept coming up with excuses for the price difference, but each one we disproved before they came up with another one. This continued with misleading drink pricing (oh, this one drink actually counts as two drinks, because that's a normal thing...) and replacing items with more expensive ones. If you manage to not get scammed, the food and hookah are very nice. The chicken cafreal pizza was great (they charged us for a more expensive seafood dish), the hookah was very smooth, and the place had great ambiance. When I first got to the W I imagined I would stay next time I'm in Goa, but after this experience I can't...
