The place is a lovely place I have been going there for a long time now and often visit as and when I can . Sadly yesterday I had a horrible experience with the bar tender Joseph who tried to pull the wool over my eyes when I handed him cash for my beers which amounted to 627 /- rupees after giving him 1000/- he says that I gave him only 500/- which is a lie because he pocketed the money and the owner being there tallied the cash in the cash box and found it to be the exact amount in the cash box and the other 500 which I had given was not accounted for because the bar tender pocketed it and couldn’t admit that he did so . I clearly remember giving the bar tender 1000/- rupees in cash which were two 500/- rupee notes . The owner makes it look like it’s my fault and offers me a beer on the house and my change of the bill of 627/- and also flights with me saying I’m giving you this what more do you want .. did expect this kind of attitude and behaviour from an owner . Through the night he also offered me Kaluha shots which I did have and it was sweet of him , but not saying your customer was right and saying that the camera cannot see what note I had given him is an indication that he knows I would have been right and was afraid to check and be found guilty of his staff having taken the money . I told the bar tender to keep the 1000/- and that I would take another beer I clearly remember that as well . I too have been in the hospitality industry for years and such behaviour is completely unacceptable.the bar tender thought I was high and wouldn’t know what was happening but I clearly knew . The bar tender also denied me a beer at the end which the owner himself told him to give me but he denied me of it and I had to call the owner back as he was on his way out to tell him that the bar was not even giving me that beer which the owner had told him to give me in the house . The bar tender eventually took the money for 4 beers inspite of the owner telling him that one beer was on the house for me after this incident happened still he charged me a total of 836/- for 4 beers . If his behaviour is like this with people from Goa I can only imagine how he treats outsiders . Being in the heart of anjuna and being our neighbours these bar tenders are treating us like this it is really sad . Outsiders are ripping off Goan people and hurting Goan sentiments. Taking advantage of a women like this at a bar is really shallow and unacceptable. I like the place the food and the ambience but this behaviour of the bar tender was very disappointing and unprofessional. Please be careful and aware. I only wish that should happen with someone else .FYI the fact that you are defending your place so much says a lot about you. I had more than enough of money and ended up paying extra for a beer that was also supposedly on the house the one you had asked your bar tender to give me which I paid for so please don’t say things like I didn’t have money etc . I go to a lot of bars in Goa and no one has treated me the way your bar tender did . He pocketed the money so please 🙏 stop insisting that you are right and your customer is wrong that is the first rule of hospitality by the way .You couldn’t even check the cameras because you know the bar tender would get caught and didn’t want him to look bad . So you are making your regular customers look like liars in bar where the cash counter is you can see everything in the cameras clearly . And I wasn’t drunk so please that’s what your bar tender thought too and tried to take advantage by saying I didn’t pay 1000/- and only paid 500/-.Please read before you type. Your free shots were given before this incident occurred .I had already given the bar tender 1000/- and told him to keep it and I will take another beer later on .He didn’t give my money back he in fact charged me for the last beer as well which was supposedly on the house please get your facts straight before you speak nonsense are you delusional. Your bar tender should be banned for scamming people and...

Read moreAbsolutely loved this place! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was super chill and inviting—just the kind of place you want to hang out at after a long day. Plus, there’s a pool table which makes it even more fun. Spent a good chunk of the evening just playing and laughing with friends.
Now let’s talk about the food—hands down, the highlight of the night. The aloo paratha was something else—crisp on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, served piping hot. Simple but so satisfying. And the railway mutton curry? Incredible. It had that slow-cooked, homestyle feel with rich spices and melt-in-your-mouth mutton. Took me straight back to those comforting, classic meals.
The staff were friendly, the service was smooth, and the overall experience was just… effortless in the best way. It’s the kind of place where time flies without you realizing it.
If you’re looking for a spot with great food, a fun-yet-relaxed vibe, and all the right ingredients for a memorable evening—this is it. Can’t wait...
