Rico Rico Goa — Restaurant in Goa

Had a really bad experience here with a man who claimed it was his restaurant, though lots of reviews here say it belongs to a Spanish woman named Ana. There was a man yelling at the bar staff who I thought was an angry, drunk customer. He went on and on. A lime soda I had ordered was sitting on the bar the whole time. Finally I went and collected it myself and took it to my table which was next to the bar. A while later the waiter came and asked if I wanted to order food. I said I wasn't sure because of this situation, gesturing to the man at the bar, who I still thought was a customer. This man then turned and started yelling at me. He said it was his restaurant and he could do what he wanted. I said I thought it was Ana's restaurant. He kept yelling at me, saying he didn't have to justify himself, and again saying that he could do what he wanted in his restaurant. I left, and he was still yelling as I walked out. If this is the owner or manager as he claimed, he has no idea about hospitality or basic customer service. It's bad enough that he was abusing the staff like that, but really unbelievable that he genuinely thought it was also ok to...

The best restaurant / bar in Arambol beach by far. I went there every day since I found it because the food made a complete difference to the rest of the restaurants.

We tried: all the breakfast, they were amazing. Salmorejo, some beef dish, paneer pasanda, momos, etc! Everything was delicious.

But not only the food was great, the place is really cool, it has a terrace in the beach like a chill out area, a roof terrace and a big open space inside.

Is by far the cleanest place I found in India.

The owners and the staff are really great too. And absolute gem, so happy that we found it.

Rico Rico, at this new location has been an absolute gem, leaving far behind the other well established institutions at the arambol beach road. Anna and her team does a fantastic job when it comes to customer service, maintaining the place, quick response to requests. I highly recommend coming over here if you're somewhere at Arambol beach, right next to This Is It. The food is ofcourse the best part, with my personal favorite being the healthy bowls. Also, something I noticed just at Rico Rico, the cigarette ashtrays are always sparkling clean. Just goes to show the attention to details put into...
