I recently visited sai leela and I must say—it was a delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance set the tone: clean, and welcoming.

The highlight was definitely the food. I ordered the garlic nan with butter chicken and it was bursting with flavor—fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. The portion size was generous, and everything was served hot and on time.

Service: The staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. They made excellent recommendations and checked in just the right amount.

Ambiance A warm, inviting space with soft music and tasteful decor. Perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions.

The name is sai leela which is open 24×7 , that's why we entered the hotel and had dinner.Then I asked for water,so they provided me chargeable water bottle.And i asked him to give me normal water,they told me they have ruled that only chargeable water will be provided.So i said him this is not fair,so they told me to call my owner, number which is printed on bill. So I called owner personally,he also told me they have the rules and he also disconnected the call before I completed my conversation.Such a rudefull behavior with the customers.I think customer don't matter for this restaurant.So my personal opinion is ignore this...

I've Order Chicken Biryani... But chicken is not Cook well... I've speak with staff they ignore me.. N hang up call... Only a street dog Can't eat this chicken Biryani... What kind of food they serve and what kind of staff is this... Who will eat this kind of un-proper Cook chicken tell me... And they're telling me. To speak with Owner... What a nonsense is this... Very Bad.... Staff the one who is not caring customer also... Please just take it bake this biryani... Send someone here.... I will give you backe this biryani and.....
