Sufna — Restaurant in Goa

If you're looking for an enchanting dining experience in South Goa, look no further than Sufna in Palolem! My recent dinner at Sufna was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped into Sufna, we were greeted with warm hospitality by Shrey, who personally hosted us throughout our meal.

The ambiance of Sufna was dreamlike, with soft fairy lights, cozy seating, and an intimate vibe that made us feel right at home. The menu featured a delightful fusion of Indian and international cuisines. Each dish we tried was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Aside from the exceptional food, the service at Sufna was top-notch. Shrey and his team were attentive, friendly, and made us feel like valued guests.

The place is really cozy. The vibe of the place, the boho theme hit home for me. Shrey, the owner of the place is really passionate about the place and the food he serves. He wants to give the best experience possible to everyone around.

Coming to food, in the things I tried, I personally liked Chicken Rarha and their Pinacalodo.

I personally would recommend everyone visiting here to try authentic North Indian dishes from their Menu rather than Continental or Chinese stuff as the cook is from Punjab, he is good at what he does but may have to improve at cooking other things. But food is always a personal thing, so you may try various things and like them.

Nevertheless, I highly recommend everyone to visit them as all the people there including Shrey puts everything in making sure the customer gets best...

Tonight (Saturday late night; off season), I called them at 0030hrs and asked if they were still open; very promptly they said... for sure till 0200hrs (and beyond sometimes).

I reached solo, told them exactly how I want my chicken curry with bone plus laccha paratha and tandoori roti.

The dish was EXACTLY what I expressed to the host (very nice Uttarakhand brother; forgot the name).

Had a lovely, tasty food, perfectly the way I wanted! Cheers to the staff and the people running the place.

With satisfaction and stomach full of good food, I left for the night after 0200hrs.

Will visit multiple times for sure. Thanks chaps....
