They serve some excellent cocktails and Italian food which isn’t loaded with butter and processed cheese, unlike other so-called institutions in the city. If you know a Great pasta is achieved when the sauce emulsifies (the oil and water magically stick together) and coats the noodles at the precise moment when the pasta is perfectly cooked. And they know how to do it. Easily one of the best bets when it comes to Italian food in the area! So is their choice of Alcohol and cocktails. Not a huge menu to make you confused. Limited options but made to perfection. Santosh who I have known for almost 6-7 years now is not just a great host but also great company to hangout and makes some amazing cocktails. The restaurant reopened for the season just 2 days ago and honestly I’m so glad it did! I’m in Palolem for 1 night and accidentally stumbled upon this place as my hostel is next door.

The service from Joy and the owner was great, they made me feel very welcome as a solo female traveller. They engaged in conversation to keep me company in between serving other guests.

The food itself was cooked fresh, still served quickly considering, and I have to say was absolutely delicious. The 4 cheese gnocchi was just the perfect amount of cheese and served with some Goan bread for the perfect little Italian-Indian mashup.

If I was staying here longer I would definitely be trying more of the menu.

Absolutely Divine Tiramisu! I had the pleasure of trying the tiramisu at this fantastic Italian restaurant, and it was nothing short of amazing! The layers were perfectly balanced – rich, creamy mascarpone paired with just the right amount of espresso-soaked ladyfingers. The texture was so smooth and light, and the hint of cocoa on top added the perfect finishing touch. It was sweet without being overwhelming, and you could taste the freshness of each ingredient.
