I had been to this place high was cirans it was wonderful then, now one of the worst nightmare i had now, while checking i made it clear i wanted one hour extra to check out, and by the time not even 11 am, the incharge the man with pony tail was shouting and when informed him that daughter is taking bath, still said i should check out then only he would give me breakfast Such is the arrogance.. good is very bad
After going through ur reply it saddened me more than ur reaction.. every word is bustle of lies.. a got it verified with ur accountant.. about one hour request now u say there was none as the pony tale person was not present it was booked.. lies after lies are being explained as if your word is gospel truth. I have informed yesterday night about uncleanliness, and about owner of the property asking about the property which i have informed about uncleanliness which he said it's not his problem but problem of the person taken on lease. Wash room is ugly and no full water while flushing, this was informed to the person who was buzz boy or maintenance man.. all these things are brushed aside and reply as if everything is very fine.. even in the morning breakfast it was specifically informed that para ya should be thin, but, it was awfully thick, even this was also informed but as usual brushed aside.. hence, i have been informing the staff that ur food is far less in grade...

When we walked in, all the beachside tables were occupied, but we noticed one couple starting to leave. We immediately informed a staff, let’s call this guy Mr. Crossed Windows and he asked us to wait until the table was cleaned. Fair enough.
But within seconds, another guest walked in and requested the very same table. To our shock, Mr. CW allowed them to sit there right away, completely ignoring the fact that we had just asked for it. Even when I tried to call him out, Mr. CW kept ignoring me until I raised my voice. His only response was a very arrogant, “sorry, can’t help,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
It left us wondering what made Mr. CW behave like that so bizarre, unnecessary, and frankly, a very poor reflection on the restaurant. Service like this completely spoils the experience, no matter how good the ambience...

While negotiating the price on the 24th of this month, my father clearly mentioned the need to extend the time period to the boy who was in charge at that time. He assured us it would be taken into consideration, though he said the price would not be reduced further.
