While the food was OKish, and no major issues with the service..

A couple of things that sets this one back by a furlong and spoils the experience:

Restaurant owned dogs can attack anyone. They attacked my child and we almost saved her. Hence, please bring along a bodyguard or a bigger animal to protect yourselves. When questioned - The restaurant manager says - 'The dog didn't bite, so all is OK.'. That's their justification for keeping the dog loose. Also, they argued that all the restaurants have dogs and they can show me all. Alert restaurant owners... may be there's a hidden dog in your restaurant which you aren't aware about, but they know about it.

They don't serve all that they have in their menu. When questioned, the manager says - 'It is our wish'. I ordered chicken avocado salad. They didn't have avocados, which were replaced by paneer and mushrooms but then the chicken was missing. Lol. And the quality was bad.

My kiddo dropped a glass on the table and the charge was added to the bill which apparently was 10 times the original amount of the glass. When asked for the tumbler price receipt, the restaurant manager says - 'This is how we do and all the restaurants do this.' Images of those glasses are attached. The glasses were of very low quality which broke the moment they touched the table top.

And they had the audacity of reducing INR 10 from the total bill.

There are a few other beach facing restaurants nearby, please prefer them if you want to save yourself from the disgraceful behavior their staff has. They may even charge for tissues, cutlery usage, and a few other services too.

These kind of restaurants disgrace the entire locality. Hence, please don't avoid Palolem, but stay away from this restaurant.

This place used to be Cocktails ‘N Dreams earlier. And that place was fantastic for all possible reasons. 2022 says that this place has gone down the drain. Situated right on the beach, this shack offered a great R&R time. Not anymore. The service here is horrendous. The wait staff has no clue of what is in the menu. He insisted that a drink we ordered was not on the menu until we had to show it to him. The starters that we ordered were nothing out of the ordinary. Let’s not get started on the main course. The Goan style prawn curry was anything but. It was downright embarrassed embarrassing to even call it that. The only saving grace was a butter roti that we ordered. And the worst part of this whole experience was the place being infested with cockroaches from the wooden floor below. The cockroaches kept crawling out of the floor below us. We counted close to 38 huge cockroaches along with their offspring. It was down right disgusting. The staff acted like they had no clue about this and didn’t even bother to rectify the issue. I have never experienced an infestation of roaches in any restaurant or shack in Goa, except at this place. I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience this disgusting feeling. GROSS! Give this place a skip. In fact I would suggest skipping all the shacks at Palolem beach as they offer nothing but are just out...

The worst service. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

On the palolem beach there are many beach facing cafes and restaurants. But never visit this one.

First of all nobody is paying attention to the guests coming, seating and waiting. I called a service man loudly than only a service man came. That also he gave a menu which was already there on the table and went. Again We had to call him loudly. We ordered a club sandwich which was utterly rubbish. Ordered lemon soda and a banana shake which was cold in spite of telling him to bring it warm. That was ok nice.

We were in a group of 6 friends. 4 of them came later in the restaurant. We all waited for a service man/waiter again to place an order. We called a service man also but he refused to come and ignored. We got up and went somewhere else.

We paid 500 Rs. for this 3 items. (Club sandwich, banana shake and a lemon soda)

Very poor service and the cost is touching the sky. Instead go a little further near the beach entrance. There are many eatery options at reasonable prices and not so expensive.

The location is good in front of the beach. But no service...
