The New Inn James Shack — Restaurant in Goa

Authentic, clean, peaceful beach shack run by owner/chef Anna and her helpful waiters. Ask what dishes are fresh on the menu and you will get tasty homemade food. Generous portions of light, crisp prawn and vegetable pakoras are a welcome snack. If fresh, try the tiger prawn masala or king prawn masala which both come with fresh made chips and a coleslaw style salad. And for a Goan specialty try the coconut infused chicken xacute with plain and butter naan breads. Anna will improvise too so any meat/veg/fish can be served with a different sauce if you request it. We have visited goa for the first-time and was advised by others to try James's shack x this is run by a wonderful family and from the moment we arrived they have treated us like royalty x their food is outstanding and you will not get deli belly here as it's spotless clean toilet and shower x we just can not fault them x their hospitality and kindness is perfect and I will so miss them but will be returning next year thankyoux from on Simon and chrissy...

Walked to the beach and just went into the first shack as the beds looked comfortable and they had free WiFi. (250 Mb/sec at the sun bed) Unbelievable ! We have just finished lunch and have to say the food was very good.
