Tom's Resto By The Beach — Restaurant in Goa

I recently visited Tom's Resto in Goa and I must say that my experience was extremely disappointing. The food served at this establishment was nothing short of pathetic. The taste was bland, and the quality was below average. It felt like no effort was put into preparing the dishes, resulting in a very unsatisfying meal.

Furthermore, the overall hygiene of the place was subpar. The restaurant appeared unclean, and the lack of cleanliness only added to my discomfort. It is absolutely unacceptable for a dining establishment to neglect basic hygiene standards.

To make matters worse, the service was slow and unprofessional. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive to the customers' needs. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.

A nightmare for ones who are willing to avail the services offered by the staff First of all they get clients through third party app ..and therefore no direct link while the time of booking is provided and so they are not in synch I have booked theme decor for bday celebration of my wife worth ₹8k and i didnt find anything as per the expectation of the package i have choosen…no decor and accessories were kept at the time i came to location at a predecided time and to my surprise once i told it is ready ..it was just a hasty work done by the team with all dirty clothing and minimal decor I was dizzling a bit so wet cloth was expected On complaining the items were kept in 5 min We had a heated discussion and came from there with disappointment with ruined evening Least they could have done is to ask us to wait and get things ready but their work was shabby..moreover the crowd in the bar was too ridiculous ..worst place and worst experience Highly...

They offer water sports combo which is a scam. They offered a set of 5 sports. Out of which the bumper ride, banana ride and the jet ski was a complete scam. They offered a jet ski ride for less than 20 seconds in which you don’t get to drive. The banana and bumper ride are for similar duration in very shallow waters(an average height human could stand easily in that depth). The parasailing was for a few seconds unless you pay 500 or 1000 more per person. This information is revealed a few seconds before you’re taking the ride. Same for scuba diving. They’ll make you dive in shallow waters and will make you deep dive for 5 minutes only if you pay extra for 1000 rupees. And even then they won’t take you for 5 mins.
