I had placed an order on Swiggy for Kadala curry (1) , puttu (3). My bill came up to ₹625/- and I paid the full amount via gpay. The restaurant accepted the order and I received a notification saying it’s being prepared. 20-25 mins later I get a call from my delivery executive saying that the restaurant has cancelled the order. I asked for the reason. I asked the delivery person to give the call to the restaurant owner. The restaurant owner was very rude and gave me a reason saying you have given us a negative feedback, low rating hence we don’t want to deliver to you I asked him to repeat the statement as it wasn’t clear he said you have given us low rating and we don’t want to accept your order and he just hung up. I called the delivery executive again and asked him to connect me to the restaurant owner. The restaurant owner refused to talk and said he isn’t interested in explaining. I asked about my refund and he had no answer to it. About the negative rating: I had ordered puttu twice and both the times the puttu was raw hence I gave my honest opinion. If this restaurant owner can’t accept negative feedback’s and improve then it’s a shame.

Have been going to this place since last one year when there would be my friend and I as the only customers of the restaurant. When the place is shifted and new now, we went for the first time, entered at 9.10 pm. We first waited for the waiter to take our order. Due to slow service I went down and gave our order. After which we waited till 10.18 pm. Other customers who entered after us got their food ready in 15 mins but we were still left hungry. When we went down to tell the owner, who used to serve us before, that we are hungry and food isn't coming so we are leaving, he just ignored and went away.

What did we order? 4 parathas 1 chicken ghee roast

Would never recommend on visiting a place where your customers especially the regular ones are treated this way!

I wish it was only a ten minutes delay. It was 1 hour 10 minutes! We are not so impatient to leave in 20 mins time knowing the fact that your restaurant is full. What made me write this review is you attitude and behaviour towards your customers. Your attitude was unapologetically dismissive and rude even when we came to ask you how much time it would take.
