Very disappointed and strongly advise avoiding this outlet.

I've visited Bikanervala GT Road Sonepat branch multiple times with my family purely for the taste of the food, hoping each time the service would improve. Sadly, it has consistently been terrible. The staff are inattentive, lost in their own world, with absolutely no courtesy or professionalism.

Today's visit was the last straw. I specifically told the waiter to serve starters/snacks first, then the main course later. Despite clear instructions, they brought everything together. When I objected, the waiter arrogantly said: “Sir ab toh ban gaya, le lo ab.”

That level of rudeness is unacceptable. I walked out without eating anything, furious and insulted.

Bikanervala is a big brand and customers expect basic service standards, but this outlet seems beyond caring about the customer experience. If you don't want to be harassed or embarrassed in front of your family,...

We, a group of seven people, went to Bikaner Restaurant on GT Karnal Road for breakfast today. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, we were overcharged. Upon checking the bill, we noticed that the prices listed were higher than those mentioned on the menu. When we pointed this out, they refunded the extra amount, but such discrepancies should not happen in the first place. Secondly, we were initially told that Aloo Paratha would not be available before 11 AM. However, it had already been included and charged in the bill. Since we insisted, they eventually served it — but the taste was extremely poor, and most of us couldn’t even finish it. The brand name is well maintained by this particular outlet. One can have everything here, whether you talk of Chinese food, continental, south Indian or North Indian food. Delhi special tikki, aloo chat, kadhai ka dhoodh, kachori, Raj kachori, lachha tokri, samosa, etc are also available. They all taste delicious. Pakoras, cutlets, Dhokla, and it's varieties are some other yummy quick bites. Can't miss to mention huge array of tempting sweets. I did not like the taste of black forest pastry, it was too sweet.
