Pathetic food and front staff of cafe I arranged a party thinking it will be good place after many positive reviews but the reality is Staff is arrogant Food is below average Negative atmosphere

Must save money and go visit better options

My recent visit to my sky left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. The café's staff exhibited a level of arrogance and disrespect that was beyond anything I have encountered elsewhere. I regret to say that my time there was far from enjoyable.

From the moment I stepped in, I was met with unwelcoming glares and condescending attitudes from the staff. It felt as though I was an inconvenience to them rather than a paying customer. Basic courtesy and politeness were noticeably absent throughout my entire visit.

The baristas seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than taking orders or serving customers. Their lack of attentiveness was evident, and my simple requests were met with eye-rolls and sighs. It's disheartening to witness such unprofessional behavior in a place that is supposed to provide a relaxing atmosphere.

What added to my dismay was the blatant disregard for cleanliness and hygiene. The tables were sticky, and the floors appeared as though they hadn't been swept in days. It was clear that the staff cared little about maintaining a clean environment for their patrons.

Furthermore, when I politely brought up my concerns about their behavior to the manager, I was met with even more arrogance and a dismissive attitude. Instead of acknowledging the issue and attempting to rectify the situation, the manager seemed to brush it off as if my feedback was inconsequential.

In conclusion, my experience at my sky was nothing short of unpleasant. The staff's arrogance and disrespect overshadowed any positive aspects the café might have had. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this establishment until they address their customer service and management issues. There are plenty of other cafés in the area that offer better service and a more welcoming...

I went there on Christmas eve and booked table pre hand. I was informed that my reservation was confirmed. Upon reaching the venue, I was informed to be seated on the top floor where there was hardly anyone present. Since there were loads of empty seats available at the main terrace, i requested the staff to allocate me a table, but was refused straight away. The result was the same even after our repeated request, prompting us to leave and enjoy our evening at a better restaurant with hospitable staff.

The staff at My Sky is ill mannered, and needs some classes to focus and improve their hospitality. Although, the restaurant is new, the staff behaviour will propel My Sky into oblivion. I convey everyone who ever want to visit this restaurant to note “ Do not visit” as you all deserve something better. Food is okay okay. Ordered veg dimsums by confirming 3 times with the service guy. The server was high in his own way don't know with drinks or some other stuff. He brought me chicken dimsums. All the fun was ruined when pure veg person ate that. And when i asked the waiter he blamed me that i gave the wrong order. I mean at this restaurant or cafe. Even the waiters are told to point out customer and blame the customer for there mistake. He was not even apologitic or sorry. He was simply saying ypur mistake,you ordered chicken. And so much Loud music ruined my night. Though i won't recommend this place to anyone. Food was okayish. Service is pathetic. Ambiance is bit good just because of that i gave 2 stars but its not...
