Overall it was not a great experience. The only thing I could say was good that the food was decent, the staff were running around and working hard bless them. Not sure if they were short on staff but taking orders were long, the food took a while to come, they got my order wrong. They didn’t bring two lots of fries, got our nan order wrong too. One thing led to another and ended up being 3 things which went wrong one after another. Gave them the benefit of doubt that they’re working hard and mistakes happen. But 3 times is not acceptable. got recommended this restaurant from a stranger from another hotel nearby speaking highly of the food so naturally we had high expectations oh how wrong i was. we walked in didn’t get greeted so we had to find our own way to the table the menu has limited variety just repeated curries but with different meat so we opted for the buffet to get our money’s worth for 800IND unfortunately the paneer and chicken curries had 0 flavour and really bland the veg handi had 0 flavour but maximum spice. we tried the fish and chips but they were soaked in oil. ordered one grilled sandwich which was decent and had a good portion so not too mad abt that overall we didn’t pay for the buffet only the sandwich and one drink will never come back or...

Service is very slow. You have to wait a lot for food to be served. Average food. The nonveg food was also not worthy. Chicken was not properly marinated. Starter was good. I Was expecting better from sarovar portico. They do not provide services according to the prices they charge. It took us 2 hours for dinner as we were just waiting for food...
