I am regular customer of of apna Punjab since last 3 years. Never complaint before but this time have to. Yesterday it was terrible experience ordering from apna Punjab via Uber eats. We ordered 2 aloo paratha combos which includes 2 glasses of sweet Lassi. I must say quality was way it's lower standards. Moreover this the biggest disappointment was with Sweet Lassi. It was rotten and taste changed from sweet to sour , smell was awfull. Even the green chutney included was rotten too. Being a regular customer I thought ask them about this and see why that happened. The response I got from the owner when I called was worst and terrible. He said "it can never happened our daily sales are 50k, we have queue of customers" then I said okay I'll come to you and taste you that lassi. After I went there they've a attitude like yes its rotten & asked his servant to give replacement of lassi. I was like , "what , do you really think I am here to just replace the 30 RS lassi ? First of all he didn't have sense of responsibility and courtesy to feel sorry about the food , instead he carries attitude like ,"We sell 50K food product daily so what happened if one Rotten lassi delivered." I was very disappointed with his that response. That one Rotten lassi could cause me 100 of stomach problems and you re proudly shouting about your daily sale !!?? Apna Punjab grown a lot from past few years , but they just Don't carry the sense of responsibility with growing. Quality is being compromised. I'll never ever going to that...
Read moreHorrible Experience at Apna Punjab Parottha – Vastrapur
If you're looking for a place to have a meal in Vastrapur, Apna Punjab Parottha should be at the very bottom of your list. The experience was absolutely dreadful.
First off, in the peak summer heat, they won’t even allow you to sit outside if you're a group of just two people, despite it being incredibly hot inside. And inside? Well, forget about the comfort of air conditioning or even a fan. It’s sweltering, and the staff doesn’t care one bit. When you try to politely mention how uncomfortable it is, their rude and arrogant attitude becomes apparent. They completely ignore any concerns, which shows how little they care about their customers.
It’s hard to believe that a restaurant could have such a disregard for customer comfort. The entire experience just reflects a lack of respect for their patrons. If they had any concept of good service or hospitality, it would be a completely different story. But clearly, they haven't learned the basics of customer service or how to create a welcoming environment.
If you deny to sit inside, they'll ask you to leave. Even one of the waiters said the owner would shout at him if he allowed any two people to sit outside! It's clear that the owner has created an atmosphere of fear and intimidation among the staff, which only adds to the overall negative experience.
Do yourself a favor and skip this place. There are so many better options in the area that actually value their customers’ comfort and...
Read moreI liked this place's food before, but today I had a bad, unacceptable experience. The Kulcha was not good, so we conveyed it to their person, and in return, their owner (not elder person, but younger person) insulted us by just sitting at his place, not even coming to look the Kulcha at the table, and shouted that, "Adha Khatam Kar Diya, phir bolte ho..." He had not come to see if it was half eaten or some part, thought ok to shout and say this, but didn't bother to actually look at the matter in the Paratha... Then he went to see inside his kitchen. Then in front of everyone, he did not take the money inspite of my saying to him that money is not the matter here, and I told him to take the money, but then to keep his image, he didn't accept the money.
The worst part happened was the insult by hin which no one...
